Management System DUALIS Cemas DUALIS Cemas is the management system for the DUALIS ticket vending machines and has been specially developed by ICA to meet the needs of public passenger transport.

As the central component of the ICA ticketing system, the DUALIS Cemas controls the processes, such as the configuration and monitoring of ticket machines or data management for all sales transactions. In addition to processing the transaction data generated by the Ticket Vending Machines, DUALIS Cemas reliably provides the necessary configuration data to ensure a smooth operation. Special tools allow customization of user interfaces or ticket layouts, for example, allowing operators to make cost-effective and flexible changes without having to involve the manufacturer. Furthermore, the operating process of the Ticket Vending Machines can be configured very easily.

DUALIS Cemas receives and processes service and error messages from the Ticket Vending Machines and supports you in ensuring a high level of availability of the sales system. DUALIS Cemas has interfaces to external systems and enables to forward billing data to third-party systems and the read in of provided range data.

The system platform is designed modular and can be scaled easily. DUALIS Cemas runs under the Windows operating system. The system is web-based. Data is managed in an Oracle database. The Jasper Soft Studio ensures a high degree of flexibility in data analysis.

The DUALIS Cemas has been continuously developed for practical use on the basis of field experience in close collaboration with the users and sets todays standard for reliability, flexibility and versatility.
