Somos líderes en la ejecución de proyectos industriales del sector energético y petróleo. Brindamos a nuestros clientes gran capacidad de producción en más 28 naves industriales ubicadas en 33 hectáreas de terreno, con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Contamos con talleres estratégicamente distribuidos en los estados más productivos de México, que son: Hidalgo, Veracruz y Guanajuato; equipados con técnicos especializados y maquinaria de última generación.

We are leaders in the execution of industrial projects of the energy sector and oil. We provide our customers with great production capacity in 28 more industrial buildings located in 33 Hectares of land, in order to satisfy the needs of our customers. CITAPIA´s headquarters are in Atitalaquia, Hidalgo in Mexico, in this way we keep a strategic location in our country.

Our workshops are allocated in different places in Mexico, such as in Poza Rica, Coatzintla and Coatzacoalcos in Veracruz, as well as in Salamanca in Guanajuato, having the opportunity to provide our services in these areas of our country.

Besides, we have a commercial office in Houston, Texas USA. This office is dedicated to deal with new international business opportunities.

Sabemos que la efectividad en la ejecución de las inspecciones depende en gran medida de los conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia del personal que las ejecuta, por ello, nos preocupamos por la formación de nuestros colaboradores.

El proceso de desarrollo de ingeniería de taller en CITAPIA Está a la vanguardia, con software especializado en el ramo de las estructuras de acero.

Tekla Structures es la principal herramienta de trabajo, este software nos permite realizar proyectos de cualquier tamaño en tiempos relativamente cortos, además de brindar herramientas que son de gran apoyo en la fabricación y montaje de las estructuras de acero. Actualmente, CITAPIA tiene la capacidad de desarrollar más de 32,000 ton. anuales de estructura semi-pesada.

El flujo de producción en Construcciones Industriales Tapia funciona con tres departamentos importantes:

ConstrucciónSe realiza la transformación del acero suministrado en medidas, grado y especificaciones que el cliente requiere, nuestro departamento constructivo se encarga de habilitar, trazar, cortar, barrenar y soldar una amplia variedad de perfiles de estructura, ya sea pesada, semi-pesada o ligera para crear diferentes obras; como son:

• Edificios • Naves • Presas • Puentes • Plantas • • Torres • Equipos • Hornos y ductos, etc. •

Las cuales tienen la finalidad de hacer más funcional la vida de la sociedad, empleando el acero como importante material estructural por las ventajas que representa; como: alta resistencia, maleabilidad, durabilidad y disponibilidad. De esta manera en el departamento de Construcción, somos responsables de la correcta fabricación de las piezas y/o equipos, cumpliendo con la calidad, requerimientos, normas, especificaciones y procedimientos tanto del cliente como los establecidos por la empresa misma, dentro de los plazos determinados por los programas de fabricación de cada uno de nuestros proyectos.

PinturaSe lleva a cabo el sandblasteo y recubrimiento con pintura o galvanizado de las piezas fabricadas provenientes del departamento constructivo, verificando que el personal ejecute los procedimientos apegados a Normas de Seguridad y Calidad para obtener piezas visualmente estéticas con brillos y acabados de acuerdo a las necesidades de nuestro cliente.

Embarques Con personal capacitado y con una logística del envío del material liberado por el departamento de calidad se colocan en plataformas para su transporte ya sea terrestre o marítimo, coordinando y planifican- do diferentes actividades con el objetivo de que nuestro producto llegue a su usuario final en el tiempo, condiciones adecuadas, efectividad y al menor costo posible.

ConstructionThe steel transformation supplied is realized according to the clients’ requirements regarding to measurements, grade and specifications. Our construction department is in charge of enabling, tracing, cutting, scuttling, and welding a great variety of heavy, semi-heavy and light structure profiles; in order to create different types of construction projects, such as:• Buildings • Industrial buildings

• Dams • Bridges • Industrial Plants • • Towers • Equipment • Furnaces and ducts, etc. •

They all, have the common purpose of making more functional the society’s life; using steel, as the most important structural material; since it has many advantages such as: the high-resistance, malleability, durability, and availability. In this way, the construction department is responsible of the correct manufacturing of the pieces and equipment, fulfilling the quality, requirements, regulations, specifications, and established procedures of both the client and the company. We are committed to deliver the projects within the deadlines set up by each one of the projects’ construction programs.

PaintingThe painting department is in charge of carrying out the covering with painting, sandblasting, and galvanized process of the pieces which are manufactured in the construction department. These processes are always done under the security and quality regulations, in order to deliver pieces which are visually aesthetic with bright and finishing of the pieces according to our clients’ needs.

ShipmentsThis department has trained personnel and an effective logistic to deliver released materials by the quality department. The materials to be delivered are placed on platforms to be transported either terrestrial or maritime. The staff coordinates and plan different activities in order to deliver the products on time; we make sure that the clients receive them, not only on time, but also in excellent conditions, according to the agreement. We are committed to provide an efficient service, offering the lowest price possible.
