OVERVIEWINTRODUCTIONTheUniversityofDenver(DU)islocatedinDenver,Colorado,ametropolitanareaandthelargestcitywithina500-mileradius.Foundedin1864,DUistheoldestprivateuniversityintheRockyMountainregionandisfullyaccreditedbytheNorthCentralAssociation.Located"amilehigh,"theUniversityis10minutesfromdowntownDenver,anhourineachdirectionfromBoulderandColoradoSprings,andlessthanhalfanhourfromtheRockyMountains.TheDoctorofPsychologyprogramintheGraduateSchoolofProfessionalPsychology(GSPP)wasfoundedin1976andreceiveditsinitialAmericanPsychologicalAssociation(APA)accreditationin1979.ThepsychologyinternshipprogramattheUniversityofDenverCounselingCenterwasestablishedin1984andwasgrantedaccreditationbytheAPAin1990.In1998,theinternshipmovedtoanexclusivelyaffiliatedmodelwiththeGSPP,andtransitionedtoaconsortiummodelin2001.TheConsortiumhasbeenAPAaccreditedthroughoutitsexistence.TheDUGSPPInternshipConsortiumconsistsofsevensitesintheDenverarea,operatingtogetherunderthedirectionoftheInternshipDirector.TheConsortiumispartiallyaffiliatedwiththeDUGSPPPsyDprogram,whichmeansthateligiblestudentsfromtheacademicprogramaregivenpriorityinthenationalmatchingprocess.InternsintheConsortiumspendfourdays/weekattheirinternshipsiteandoneday/weekinsharedseminars(eitheron-campusorattheConsortiumsites,dependingontheFriday)taughtbyvariousGSPPfacultymembers,adjuncts,supervisorsfromthedifferentConsortiumsitesandtheDenvercommunity,andoccasionallynationalexpertsonvarioustopics.TheConsortiumhaswonseveralawardsincludingtheAPABoardofEducationalAffairsAwardforInnovativePracticesinGraduateEducationinPsychology(2010)andtheNationalAssociationofSchoolsandProgramsinProfessionalPsychologyInnovationinProfessionalPsychologyEducationAward(2010).INTERNSHIPSITESDenverChildren’sHomehttp://www.denverchildrenshome.org/DenverChildren’sHome(DCH)istheoldestnon-profitagencyinthestateofColorado,servinganaverageofover100childrenandfamiliesdailyandover1,000childrenandfamiliesinthecommunityannually.TheDCHmissionistorestorehopeandhealthtotraumatizedchildrenandfamiliesthroughacomprehensivearrayoftherapeutic,educational,andcommunity-basedservices.Theagencyoffersavarietyofprograms,including:ResidentialTreatment,DayTreatment,IntensiveIn-Home,Outreach/Outpatient,LIFEDualDiagnosis,FamilyResourceCenter,andDiagnosticAssessment.DCHalsohasanon-sitefullyaccreditedschool,BansbachAcademy,whichservesallofthechildrenintheResidentialandDayTreatmentPrograms.DCHserveschildrenandadolescentsbetweentheagesof10to18(theIntensiveIn-HomeProgramservesbirthto18-years-old)andtheirfamilies.Thoseenteringtheprogramsareoftenincrisisandneedtreatmentasaresultofexperiencingseveretrauma,severementaloremotionaldisorders,violentoutbursts,attemptedsuicide,anger,truancy,druguse,andotherdestructivebehaviorsthathavemadeitimpossibleforthemtodeveloptheskillsnecessaryforlearningorfunctioninginthecommunity.Childrenbenefitfromabroadrangeoftreatmentservicesavailable,including:individualtherapyandcounseling,affectiveeducation,assessment,

crisisintervention,advocacy,skillstraining,academicremediationandtherapeuticrecreationalservices.Allservicesarecoupledwithfamilytherapytoresolveidentifiedproblemsinthehomeandwithinteractionsbetweenthefamilyandthechildthatcontributetothechild’sissue(s)offocus.Variousexperientialtherapiesarealsousedtosupplementtraditionaltherapytreatments,suchas:yoga,art,equine,andpet.Theultimategoalistoreturnboththechildandthefamilytoahealthierleveloffunctioning.AllofthisoccursviaamultidisciplinaryteamofprofessionalsandparaprofessionalswhoprovidespecializedservicesandwhoseintegrationtakesplaceunderthedirectionofaprogramTreatmentLeader.DCHoffersonefull-timeinternshippositionfor40hours/weekfortheentireinternshipyear.Primaryrolesandresponsibilitiesoftheinterninclude:Clinical:Internswillprimarilyserveasapsychotherapistforchildrenandfamilieswhoareenrolledinvariousprograms(Residential,DayTreatment,In-Home,Outpatient,LIFEDualDiagnosis,andSchoolOnly).Theywillattendallrelevantteamandclinicalmeetings,inadditiontosupervisionmeetings.Theywillalsorunmonthlystaffingmeetingsforeachclientontheircaseload.Internswillbeexpectedtorunanongoinggroup,thetopicofwhichcanbegearedtowardtheirinterestsanddeterminedbasedonclientneedandsupervisorapproval.Casemanagementisarequirementforallclinicalcases,asiscrisisinterventionandfrequentcommunicationwithvariousstaffmembersinternallyandexternallytoDCH.Clinicalworkisexpectedtotakebetween25-30hoursoftheweek.Assessment:Internswillalsobeexpectedtocompleteavarietyofassessments(educational,personalityandadaptivefunctioning)throughouttheyear.Assessmentswillincludetestadministration,scoringandreportwriting,aswellasprovidingfeedbacktoparents,thechild,thetreatmentteamandthoseoutsideDCHwhoarealsoinvolvedinthecase(i.e.,GAL,caseworker,schooldistrictrepresentative,etc.).Assessmentsarecloselysupervisedandreportsarethorough.Assessmentsupervisionisprovidedindividually(anaverageof3hourspercase;moreisprovidedperrequestoftheinternandbasedonthenatureofthecase),andmayalsooccurinagroupformat.Assessmentworkisexpectedtotakeapproximately10-15hoursperweek.Supervision:Internswillsuperviseoneexternonanongoingbasis.KaiserPermanenteColoradohttps://www.kaiserpermanente.org/(KaiserPermanente)https://health.kaiserpermanente.org/wps/portal/facility/100525(KaiserBehavioralHealth)KaiserPermanenteisanintegratedhealthcaredeliverysystemoperatedbyKaiserFoundationHealthPlanofColoradoandtheColoradoPermanenteMedicalGroup,P.C.,whichtogetherhaveprovidedcomprehensivehealthcaretoKaiserPermanenteColoradomemberssinceJuly,1969.ColoradoPermanenteMedicalGroupphysiciansprovidehealthcareforKaiserPermanentemembers.KaiserPermanenteisColorado'soldestandlargestgrouppracticehealthcareorganizationandcurrentlyservesmorethanhalfamillionmembersintheDenver/Boulderarea.TheBehavioralHealthpenetrationrateisbetween5and7%.ThemissionofKaiserPermanente’sBehavioralHealthdepartmentistoprovidequality,culturallysensitive,behavioralhealthservicestomembers.Thegoalistoprovidetreatmentthatiseffective,medicallynecessary,andefficienttoensuretheappropriateuseofthedepartment’sresources.Althoughmanyofthepatientsaretreatedusingashort-term,goal-orientedapproach,avarietyofapproachesandlengthofstayintreatmentarepossible,based

ontheneedsofeachpatient.AtKaiserPermanente’sBehavioralHealthDepartment,careisdeliveredthroughaninterdisciplinaryteam(includingtherapists,physicians,nursesandintensiveservices/crisisteams).Treatmentstrategieswilltargetpresentdifficulties,withthegoalsofpatientsreachingasatisfactoryleveloffunctioningandmaintainingactivitiesofdailyliving.Acaringprofessionalrelationshipisanessentialtreatmentingredient.Aspartofanintegratedcaresystemanemphasisisplacedoncommunicationandcollaborationwithothertreatmentproviderswithintheorganization.KaiserPermanenteofferstwofull-timepsychologistinternshippositionswithaprimaryfocusongeneraloutpatientservices.Forthisposition,thepatientpopulationconsistsofchildren,adolescents,adults,couplesandfamilies.Internswilltypicallyseepatientswithabroadrangeofagesandpresentingproblems.Thesplitbetweenadultandchildorientedtherapycanvaryaccordingtointerestsoftheintern,butinternswillnotseeeitherchildoradultpatientsexclusively.TheinternshipatKaiserPermanenteconsistsofamajorrotationinoneoftheoutpatientclinicsand3-4minorrotations.Internsspend28hoursintheirmajorrotationsetting,onaverage.Inthemajorrotation,internsmayprovideindividual,coupleandfamilytherapyforchildrenandadults.Grouptherapyisalsoanoption–whetherparticipatinginanestablishedgrouporcreatingaspecialgroupneededintheclinic.Internscollaboratewithothertherapists,psychiatrists,nurses,andcrisisteamsasneededtocarefortheirpatients.Thestandardoptionsfortheminorrotationinclude:chemicaldependency,transgenderteam,eatingdisorders,geropsychiatry,autismprogram,andBehavioralMedicineSpecialist(twoquartersarespentintheBMSminorrotation).Aminorrotationinintensiveoutpatientservices/crisisteamisapossibility.Manyinternshavedevelopedtheirownminorrotationsovertheyears.Thesesiteshaveincludedoncologyandreproductiveendocrinology.Residentsspend8hoursperweekintheirminorrotation.Internswillalsodopsychologicaltestingandsuperviseapracticumstudent.MentalHealthCenterofDenverhttp://www.mhcd.org/TheMentalHealthCenterofDenver(MHCD)isthelargestcommunitymentalhealthcenterintheregion,servingapproximately10,000peopleeachyear.Mostofthepeopleservedhaveaseriousandpersistentmentalillness.Clinicalworkspanstheentirelifespan,withprogramsfocusingoninfantmentalhealthtoprogramsofferedinnursinghomes.ThepeopleservedrepresenttheculturaldiversityinDenverCounty.MHCDoffersawidevarietyofservices,includingoutpatientservices,rehabilitationandemploymentservices,communitybasedservices,integratedcare,residentialdaytreatmentprograms,psychiatricmedicationmanagement,pharmacyservices,andpsychologicalassessment.Servicesaredeliveredinacollaborativecontextonmulti-disciplinaryteams.MHCDstaffsmorethan800professionalsandoffersservicesinmorethan30locationsthroughoutDenver,includingmultipleoutpatientsitessuchastheAdultRecoveryCenterandDahliaCampusforHealthandWellbeing,24/7CrisisWalk-InCenter,integratedcarefacilities,23residentialfacilities,fourcommunity-basedagenciesservingthehomeless,tworesourcecenters,10publicschools,andin-homecareforfamilies.Thesiteisproudofthemanyawardstheyhavewon,toincludethetopplacetoworkthreeyearsinarow.MHCDisrecognizedasanationalleaderandinnovatorofthetreatment,support,andimplementationofwraparoundservicesforindividualsstrugglingwithmentalillness.

ThemissionoftheMentalHealthCenterofDenveristobeacenterofexcellenceinservicetothoseintheCountyofDenverwhohaveaseriousandpersistentmentalillness,andwhoaremembersoftheunderservedcommunity.ManyindividualsweservearecoveredbyMedicaid,ChildHealthPlusorhavenoinsurance;manyarehomeless.MHCD'sgoalistoenrichthelivesoftheseindividualsbyfocusinguponstrengths,recovery,resiliency,andwellbeing.Thisisaccomplished,inpart,throughatrauma-informed,person-centered,recoveryfocusedapproachthatutilizesevidencebasedinterventionsandpractices.MHCDalsostrivestobearesourcetothegreatercommunitythroughvariousgrantsandoutreachprograms,aswellasthrougheducationandcollaborationwithotheragencies.MHCDoffersfourfull-timeinternshippositionseachyear:onechild/familygeneralisttrackposition;onechild/familypositiononourinfantmentalhealthteam,RightStartforInfantMentalHealth;oneadultgeneralisttrackposition;andonechild/familypositiononourintegratedcareteamApplicantsmustspecifywhichtracktheyareapplyingtoontheirapplication.Thoseapplyingtotheadultoutpatienttrackcannotapplytoanyofthechild/familytracks.However,thoseapplyingtothechild/familytrackscanapplytoone,two,orallthreeoftherotations.Internshipincludesamajorrotation,minorrotation,andpsychologicalassessmentrotation.Themajorrotationsareapproximately20hrs/weekfortheentireinternshipyear.Majorrotationresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,carryingafullclinicalcaseload(comprisedofindividual,group,and/orfamilytherapy),clinicalsupervisionofoneextern,attendanceofteammeetings,andcasemanagementduties(asneeded).Majorrotations

Thechild/familytrackinternwillbeplacedattheWestFederalChildandFamilyCenterortheDahliaCampusforHealthandWellbeing.OurChild&FamilyOutpatientServicesteamprovidesfamily,individual,play,andgrouptherapyforchildren,youth,andtheirfamilies.Theinternshippositionserveschildrenandadolescentsages5through18.Thetreatmentapproachemphasizesfamilystrengthsandculturalproficiencyalongwithatrauma-informedintegrativetherapeuticmodality.Treatmentinterventionsutilizeindividualclinicians'trainingandexpertiseinconjunctionwithcuttingedgeevidence-basedpracticestotailorservicestobestmeettheneedsofaparticularindividualorfamily.Adjunctiveservicesalsoofferedincludeaccesstopsychiatriccareandcasemanagementsupport.ServicesareavailableinbothEnglishandSpanish.

TheRightStartforInfantMentalHealthinternwillbeplacedattheDahliaCampusforHealthandWellbeing.TheRightStartforInfantMentalHealthteamisanoutpatientprogramforpregnantwomenandfamilieswithachildagesbirthtofiveyears.Thefocusoftreatmentisthedyadicrelationshipbetweenchildandcaregiver.Theteamworksexclusivelywithinfants,toddlers,preschoolersandtheirfamilies.Theyoffercomprehensive,traumainformed,family-focusedinterventionsincludingseveralevidencebasedpractices:ChildParentPsychotherapy,ParentChildInteractionTherapy,andTraumaFocusedCognitiveBehaviorTherapy.

TheadulttrackinternwillprimarilybeplacedattheWellshireBehavioralServices,anoutpatientclinic.Wellshireprovidesoutpatient,psychiatric,andcasemanagementservices.Servicesaredeliveredthroughaperson-centered,trauma-informedcarelensthatfocusesonresiliency,well-being,andindividualstrengths.Individualandgrouptherapyutilizeevidencedbasedpracticestohelpthoseweserveworktowardrecovery.

Theinternwillprimarilyworkwithindividuals18y/oandolder,mostofwhomhaveaseriousandpersistentmentalillness.

TheintegratedcareinternwillbeplacedatLowryPediatrics.LowryPediatricsisaninnovativeclinicthatcollaborateswithMHCDtoprovideintegratedcareservices.Theintegratedcareteamprovidesconsultation,brieftherapy,andtargetedbehavioralevaluationforpediatricpatients(0-19yearsofage)andtheirfamilieswithintheirmedicalhome.Specificareasoffocuswillincludedevelopment,behavior/moodconcerns,familysystems,andbehavioralmedicine.InterventionstrategieswillutilizeevidencedbasedtreatmentapproachesincludingCBT,behavioraltherapy,systems,andmotivationalinterviewing.Theinternwilllearntoworkcollaborativelywithmedicalproviderswithinafast-pacedclinicalenvironmentthatenhancesbehavioralhealthaccessforthefamiliesseenintheclinic.

Minorrotations:Theinternswillbeassignedonesecondaryrotation,usuallyoftheirchoicebutnotguaranteed,thatwillbe8-10hoursperweek.Theoptionsinclude:

Theproblemisnotrestrictedtooneareaofprofessionalfunctioning.

Adisproportionateamountofattentionbytrainingstaffisrequired,and/or;

Theintern'sbehaviordoesnotchangeasafunctionoffeedback,remediationefforts,and/ortime.

AtanytimeduringtheyearasitesupervisororFridayseminarleadermaydesignatesomeaspectofanintern'sperformanceasinadequateorproblematic.Shouldthisoccur,itisthestaffperson’sresponsibilitytoprovidethatfeedbacktotheintern.Iftheproblemisnotresolved,theprimarysupervisorshallbeinformedandshalldiscusstheconcernwiththeinterninasupervisorysession.Theinternwillbeprovidedatimeframeforproblemremediationaswellaspotentialconsequencesifunresolved.Shouldtheproblempersist,theInternshipTrainingDirectorwillworkwiththesitetodevelopawritten(developmentalorprobation)plan,usingthetemplatedevelopedbytheCouncilofChairsofTrainingCouncils.Writtendocumentationofunprofessionalbehaviorswillbeprovided,aswellasconditionsthatmustbemetfortheinterntoresumenormalstatus.Atimeperiodforfurtherremediationwillbegiven,aswellasthedateforfuturereviewbythestaff,andconsequencesforfailuretoremediate.Theintern,supervisor,andtheInternshipTrainingDirectorwillsignanddatethedocument,withcopiesgiventotheintern.Theacademicprogramwillalsobegivenacopyofanywrittenplan.Shouldaninterncommitafelony,havesexualcontactwithaclient,orperformanyotherseriousviolationofethicalconduct,s/hewillbeplacedonsuspensionimmediately,withfurtherdispositiondeterminedbyInternshipDirectorandConsortiumstaff,whichmayincludereportingtheincidenttooutsideagencies.Again,shouldthisoccur,theacademicprogramwillbeinformed.LevelsofRemedialConsequences: Onceaproblemhasbeenidentifiedintheintern'sfunctioningand/orbehavior,itisimportanttohavemeaningfulwaystoremediatetheparticulardifficulty.Thefollowingrepresentsseveral

ProbationPlanIftheinternfailstoremediateadevelopmentalplan,oriftheperformanceproblemistoosevereforadevelopmentalplan,aprobationplanwillbewritten.Thisremediationplanissimilartothedevelopmentalplan(seeabove)butfailuretoremediatemayleadtotheextensionoftheinternship,ordismissalfromtheprogram.ExtensionoftheInternshipand/orRecommendationsforaSecondInternshipInsituationswheretheinternhasmadesomebutinsufficientprogresspriortotheendoftheinternship,theinternmayberequiredtoextendhis/herstayattheinternshipsiteinordertocompletetherequirements,providedthesiteisabletoaccommodatethis(andpleasenotethatextensionofinternshipisgenerallyonanunpaidbasis).Insomecases,theinternmayberecommendedtocompletepartorallofasecondinternship.Inbothcases,theinternmustdemonstrateacapacityandwillingnessforfullremediation,andtheacademicprogramwillbenotifiedandconsulted.SuspensionandDismissalIncasesinvolvingsevereviolationsoftheAPAEthicsCode,whereimminentharmtoaclientisasalientconcern,wherethereisapreponderanceofunprofessionalbehavior,orlackofchangeinbehaviorsforwhichaninternhasbeenplacedonprobation,suspensionofagencyprivilegesmaybearecommendedconsequence.Inaddition,aninternwillnotbeallowedtograduatefrominternshipshoulds/hefailtomeettheexitcriteria(seethe“OutcomesandThreshold/ExitCriteria”informationinthe“Overview”sectionofthisHandbook).Theinternwillbenotifiedimmediately,andwillbeprovidedwithacopyofthedocumentationandremindedofgrievanceandappealprocedures.Ifthedecisionismadetosuspendtheintern,theInternshipTrainingDirectorwillsendwrittennotificationofthisactiontotheacademicdepartmentwithintwoworkingdaysofthedecision.Suspensionmaytaketheformofeitherarequiredleaveofabsencefromtheagencyorrecommendationthattheinternbeterminatedfromthetrainingprogram.Inthelattercase,theConsortiumwillmakerecommendationstotheacademicprogramregardingfurtherremediationand/oracareershift.Pleasenotethatinthecaseofsuspensionordismissal,theinternmayappealthedecision.However,theHRpoliciesfromanyoftheConsortiumsitesmaysupersedethesedueprocessandgrievanceproceduresinsomecasesofegregiousbehavior.

TemporaryReductionorRemovalofCasePrivilegesAtanypointduringthisprocess,ifitisdeterminedthatthewelfareoftheinternand/ortheclienthasbeenjeopardized,theintern'scaseprivilegeswilleitherbesignificantlyreducedorremovedforaspecifiedperiodoftime.Attheendofthistime,theintern'sprimarysupervisor,inconsultationwiththesitetrainingstaff,willassesstheintern'scapacityforeffectivefunctioninganddeterminewhetherornottheintern'scaseprivilegesaretobereinstated.AppealsProcessInternsmayappealanyoftheaboveformalactionsbyrequestingthatathreepersoncommittee(composedoftrainingstaff,oneofwhomischosenbytheintern)beassembledtoconsidertheintern’sappealofthedecision.Thiscommitteewill,inatimelymanner,considertheintern’sappeal,andinformtheinternandtheInternshipTrainingDirectorofitsdecision.TheInternshipDirector,inconsultationwiththeGSPPDeanandtheDUProvost,willmakethefinaldecision.GrievanceproceduresAninternmaytakeissuewithastaffmemberregardingaparticularbehaviororpatternofbehaviorsorwiththeentirestafforConsortiumregardingpolicyorprocedure.(PleasenotethatthegrievanceproceduresoutlinedintheDUEmployeePolicyManualdonotapplytointerns.However,GSPPinternsmayrefertotheDUGSPPgrievanceproceduresintheGSPPHandbook).Itisexpectedthatthecomplainantwillfirsttaketheissuedirectlytotheperson(s)withwhomtheytakeissueandthatthepartieswillworktoresolvetheissueinamannersatisfactorytoboth.Forinformaldisputeresolution,internsmayconsultwiththeGSPPStudentAdvocate.Ifaninternhasaproblemwithasupervisor,seminarleader,orstaffpersonwhichs/hehasbeenunabletoresolvethroughdiscussionwiththatperson,theInternshipTrainingDirectorwillmeetwithbothpartiestoprovidemediationandresolutionoftheproblem.TheInternshipTrainingDirectorwilldocumenttheoutcomeofthismeeting.Thetrainingcommittee(thetrainingstaffofeachsite)willalsobenotifiedofthesituation.IfthepersonwithwhomtheinternhasaproblemistheInternshipTrainingDirector,theGSPPPsyDdirectorwillassumemediationresponsibilities.Ifresolutioncannotbeachievedandtheinternfeelss/hestillhasagrievance,athree-personcommitteecomposedoftrainingstaff,oneofwhichischosenbytheintern,willbeassembled.Thiscommitteewill,inatimelyfashion,gatherinformationregardingthegrievance,informtheinternofitsfindings,andofferrecommendationstotheInternshipTrainingDirectorwhowillmakethefinaldecisionrelatedtothegrievance(unlesstheInternshipTrainingDirectoristhesubjectofthecomplaint,inwhichcase,theGSPPPsyDDirectorwillmakethefinaldecision). Toresponsiblymeettrainingexpectationsbyfulfillinggoalsandexitcriteria.Tomakeappropriateuseofsupervisionandothertrainingformats(e.g.,seminars)throughsuchbehaviorsasarrivingontimeandbeingprepared,takingfulladvantageofthelearningopportunities,aswellasmaintaininganopennesstolearningandbeingabletoeffectivelyacceptanduseconstructivefeedback.

Tobeabletomanagepersonalstress,includingtendingtopersonalneeds,recognizingthepossibleneedforprofessionalhelp,acceptingfeedbackregardingthis,andseekingthathelpifnecessary.

Togiveprofessionallyappropriatefeedbacktopeersandtrainingstaffregardingtheimpactoftheirbehaviors,andtothetrainingprogramregardingtheimpactofthetrainingexperience.Toactivelyparticipateinthetraining,service,andoverallactivitiesoftheConsortium,withtheendgoalofbeingabletoprovideservicesacrossarangeofclinicalactivities.

Ingeneral,theConsortiumwillprovideinternswiththeopportunitytoworkinasettingconducivetotheacquisitionofskillsandknowledgerequiredforabeginningprofessional.

Morespecifically,therightsofinternswillinclude:Therighttoaclearstatementofgeneralrightsandresponsibilitiesuponentryintotheinternshipprogram,includingaclearstatementofgoalsofthetrainingexperience.

Therighttoclearstatementsofstandardsuponwhichtheinternistobeevaluatedthreetimes/year.TherighttobetrainedbyprofessionalswhobehaveinaccordancewiththeAPAEthicsCodeandotherAPApracticeguidelines.TherightandprivilegeofbeingtreatedwithprofessionalrespectaswellasbeingrecognizedforthetrainingandexperienceattainedpriortoparticipationintheConsortium.Therighttoongoingevaluationthatisspecific,respectful,andpertinent.Therighttoengageinongoingevaluationofthetrainingexperience.Therighttoinitiateaninformalresolutionofproblemsthatmightariseinthetrainingexperiencethroughrequest(s)totheindividualconcerned,theInternshipTrainingDirector,and/orthetrainingstaffasawhole.
