Duro!ex is now entering its 50th year of operations, having been

incorporated in 1963 at a small factory in the lush backwaters of Kerala.

Today the company has over 8 factories located all over India and is the "rst

mattress company to be ISO 9001 certi"ed. Our primary production and

research centre is in Bangalore with a satellite R&D lab in California and

Germany. Duro!ex products are sold through a network of over 4500

Why Rubberised Coir? Duro!ex Rubberised Coir is made with stringent quality controls to ensure that

our mattresses are durable and comfortable. High density coir with the right quantities of rubber provides

good "rm support for the spine. We go the extra mile by reinforcing our rubberised coir with high density

re-bonded foam and top it off with comfortable PU foam quilting.

Rubberised coir is primarily a natural product and allows for good breathability and air circulation.

Recently a number of other manufacturers have introduced low quality and low density coir mattresses in

the market, and these often suffer from sagging and other quality issues. This will not happen to your

Will these therapeutic mattresses cure my back pain? Let us be honest, the answer is no. Even

though our orthopedic mattresses are designed in consultation with the best orthopedics, the mattress is

not your magic cure.

Back problems are caused by a lack of proper exercise, loss of muscle function, long working hours, bad

posture, etc. These underlying problems cannot be cured by an orthopedic mattress. A well-designed

orthopedic mattress will only prevent a back problem from getting worse. An extremely soft mattress or

POCKETED SPRING RANGE

At the core of each Springtek Pocketed Spring mattress are highly advanced pocketed spring coil

systems. These springs are engineered into a barrel shape and pre-compressed to achieve high

resilience and comfort. Each spring is individually wrapped in pockets and bonded using glue developed

for NASA Space Shuttles to allow independent movement, zero motion transfer, reduce friction and

sound. Zero motion transfer means, you can move without causing the mattress to wiggle and jiggle.

This lets you turn on your side without causing ripples of mattress movements or disturbing your partner.

Why Memory Foam? First designed in the 1960s for NASA airplane seats, memory foam is made from

visco-elastic and is highly energy absorbent and soft.

Memory foam moulds to the body in response to heat and pressure, evenly distributing body weight and

relieving pressure points around the spine and shoulders. It then returns to its original shape once you

remove the pressure. In addition to protecting against impact, these properties make memory foam very

comfortable. It is widely used in mattresses in Europe and the US.

arranged across 3 different zones to provide optimal support and comfort for your spine

and other major pressure points. The "rst zone provides support to the head, shoulder

and lumbar regions. The second re-inforced zone, supports the heavier pelvic region.
