We offer contract use of the Thermo Scienfic DXR Raman microscope which is a non-destrucve and

a research-quality analycal instrument providing informaon about the structure of materials. The method is based on

interacon of the electromagnec radiaon and the sample molecules under condion of a change of the polarizability of

the molecule.

Sample types> Liquid and solid samples

> Soluons of inorganic, organic and biological

materials

> Pharmaceucal materials (API)

> Nanomaterials, microscopic materials

> Biological samples such as ssue, cells, bacteria and

other biological objects

aCquired information> Detailed structure analysis

> Defect and Failure analysis

> Idenficaon of unknown materials

> Low-concentraon molecules detecon via Surface

Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy

> Surface mapping and depth profiling

Modes, conditions and prEcision> Excitaon lasers at 633 nm (maximum power at sample 8 mW) and 780 nm (maximum power at sample 24 mW)

> Standard working distance objecves: 4X (macro sampling adapter), 10X and 50X

> -1 -1 Spectral resoluon of the system is 5.0 cm (when full-range grang is used) and 3.0 cm (when high-resoluon

grang is used)

> Laser power regulator to guarantee reproducible laser power at sample

> 1 μm x, y spaal resoluon and 2 μm depth resoluon

> Automac fluorescence and cosmic ray correcon available with all excitaon lasers

>TM

OMNIC Atlus soware provides soware-controlled hyperspectral mapping and image analysis

> ValPro system qualificaon for DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ validaon is available including the industry-standard format and

automated soware protocols

> Possibility to develop an analycal procedure based on Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy for an ultra-trace

determinaon of selected molecular targets; availability and sensivity of this opon depends on a complexity of

the sample(s) and nature of the requested target(s)
