• Stated goal is parity…

• …but…how can you have feature parity when significant upgrades to Dynamics CRM Online get rolled out in “Service Updates” every six months (or so)?

• Internet Marketing is a brand-new feature set, available only in Online versions…and provides a good proof point of the SaaS model!
