How to access Open Mind digital Student´s Book
Instructions
1. Access the website and log in with the information provided by your tutor: http://www.macmillanopenmind.com/
2. Once you´re logged in the platform, you will find the available digital resources. Temporarily, you only have access to the “Digital Student´s Book”, but later in the course you will have access to the “Digital Workbook”. Your tutor will contact you once the Digital Workbook is available.
3. In the resource section, you will find your “Digital Student´s Book”. This resource can be accessed both online and offline. The online platform can be accessed from your web browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) The offline platform can be accessed from your computer once you have installed the application.

4. Click on the “view” button and you will be redirected to the Digital Student´s Book website. Once in the platform, click on the book image to access your material.
5. Then, select the unit of the book according to the course schedule. Ask your tutor to make sure you`re accessing the correct unit.
6. Don´t forget that you have interactive exercises: This resource is basically a digital copy of the printed book with some extra features. These special features are: Interactive activities, audios and videos. To access these interactive features simply click on the silver icons you find.
7. Access to the online workbook-Mastermind
Revise the user name and the password provided in the list of the virtual room.
You don´t need to activate the course. You should click on start course
You may start to do the exercises.
As your national teacher, I´ll monitor the work and access of the e-book and the online workbook.
Offline access to the e-book
8. The offline platform can be accessed from your computer once you have installed the application. Back in the resource section at http://www.macmillanopenmind.com/, click on the “download” button and it will automatically start downloading.
9. Once you install the application, double click to launch it. You will be redirected to the web browser where you will login using the same can access to all the content offline (pdf files, audios, videos, interactive exercises and more).
