Since in its inception in 1986, E. C. CALDEJON CONSTRUCTION has been one of the more dynamic companies in the Province of Cavite and nearby provinces engaged in site developments, and road and building constructions.

The company was founded in 1986 by an enterprising civil engineer, Engr. EDMUNDO C. CALDEJON, taking with him his vast experience as a consultant of D.C.C.D. Engineering Corporation detailed at the Department of Public Works and Highways handling notably the Philippine Japan Highway Loan (PJHL) projects.

The company ventured into government projects in the province of Cavite, particularly with the Municipalities of Rosario, General Trias and Indang.

The Cavite Economic Zone (P.E.Z.A.-Cavite) located at Rosario, Cavite was then starting to become the favorite location of foreign investors wanting to do business in the Philippines. Setting his sights on the booming construction activities at C.E.Z., the company was able to secure contracts of site developments, and road and building constructions with the newly founded companies like Phil Star Hosiery Inc. (a Korean firm), and Ito Parts Mfg. Corp. (a Japanese firm). E. C. CALDEJON CONSTRUCTION has bloomed into a well-rounded construction company specializing in civil and site developments.

Today E. C. CALDEJON CONSTRUCTION, taking into consideration the numerous projects it has accomplished, continues to be one of the more prominent construction companies servicing the needs of foreign investors as well as the projects of the province of Cavite, Laguna and nearby provinces.

The company’s commitment to professionalismand highest quality of work standard has earnedseveral citations from its clients. It now enjoysthe enviable reputation as a trustworthy,professional, and reliable company.

The main office is located at Little Baguio St., Wawa 3, Rosario, Cavite. While the branch office, fabrication

yard, and equipment yard are located in a 5,600 square meter lot. at C-6 Road,

Bacao 2, Gen. Trias, Cavite.

Through the years, E. C. Caldejon Construction

continues to develop its expertise on various engineering works:

estimation, engineering, drafting, project management,

erection crew, construction crew, fabrication, and

maintenance.

Supported through the years by competent and well trained

engineers, construction crews, and management staff, the company has

accomplished various projects with full satisfaction of its

clients.

The company has maintained the high quality standards in various fields of engineering,

creating confidence to achieve more.

In 1986 the company started as a mere sub-contractor of various projects within the province of Cavite.

Working on its motto of “Quality Above All”,by 1988 the company has been able to secure more projects as the main contractor not only in the Province of Cavite but also on its neighboring provinces as well.

As the company was growing in the 1980s, it was able to build an organization of highly trained and experienced professionals and labor force.

Today, E. C. Caldejon Construction continues to leave its mark in the construction industry.

building construction projects within Cavite and Laguna

The company’s expertise and high quality standard resulted in the full appreciation of the owners of PHIL. STAR HOSIERY INC. (KOREAN) in

the site development of factory premises (5,000 sq. m.) and

construction of its manufacturing plant(1,200 sq. m.) at the Cavite Economic

Zone (Rosario, Cavite).

With a budget of Php 6.0 M., the company was able to complete the

project within the specified time frame of three (3) months from

May 1994 to August 1994
