` The National Entrepreneurship Network a non-profit organizationwas established in 2003 with a mission to create and support high-growth entrepreneurs, driving job-creation and economic growth inIndia.

` NEN represents Indias largest and most dynamic community ofnew and futuristic high-growth entrepreneurs, with over 70,000members in 30 cities. It provides critical support to start-ups andearly-stage entrepreneurs through high-impact entrepreneurshipeducation .

` The formations of E-Cells in colleges is an initiative taken up byNEN to reach out to aspiring youngsters in universities and collegeswanting to become entrepreneurs.

` The E-Cell members should act in a manner agreeableto all parties involved including the sponsors.

` Activities of the E-cell should correlate with the broad

policies and principles mandated by the collegemanagement.

` An E-Cell member should have the responsibility of

acting in a manner which enhances the image of thecollege and of the E-Cell and any behavior contradictory

to the above principle would result in the immediate

expulsion of the member and denial of any academic

benefit associated with the E-Cell.

` The E-Cell is an organization which is principally formed

to nurture and develop the entrepreneurial quality andability and thus the member cannot take part in any

activity representing the E-Cell which contradicts this

founding ideology.

Activities Conducted by the E-cell

from January16th to 21st

july 2010.

1.On 16th January 2010,The E-cell was officially

launched on this day. The logo of the E-cell was also

unveiled and inaugurated by our principal Mr.Raghuveer.

Mr.Challa Somraj our honorable chairman was the chiefguest for the event.

2.On,29thjanuary 2010 we had the first E-cell general

body meet. The E-leaders and all the newly recruited

members from first year were present. It was an

orientation day for all the new members where they wereallocated into their respective departments and introduced

to their heads.

3.On 1st February 2010,we had our second general body

meet.The newly recruited members were divided intothree teams and were given hypothetical business

4.February-The E-leaders attended the national NEN

conference in IIT Bombay. E-cells from variouscolleges all across the country were present .E-cell

IIT Bombay were the hosts. We had interactive

sessions with all the other E-cells and had many

discussions with regards to various aspects of the E-

cells i.e. how to establish an e-cell, how to structure it

, the roles of E-leaders and faculty members etc.

We also had various seminars, discussions and

interactive sessions with prominent entrepreneurs of

the country.

5 .On 21stjuly 2010 ,we had our first general body meet of

the new academic year. All the E-leaders ,the bench andthe members were present for the meet. We held a

business plan competition for the members. The

members were divided in to three teams of five members

each. The topic was IPL football .The teams were give an

hours time to prepare after which they were asked topresent their plan.

Our Vice principal Mr.Ayappa Reddy and our faculty

member Ms.Srivalli were the judges.
