Future Plans
• Sales to increase to $1 billion
• Plans to raise $600 million led by Softbank
• Takes advantage of SEBI guideline change
• Plans to go public in US
Our Opinion
• Snapdeal is at a very competitive position in the market right now how ever their decision of going public in US seems to be speculated again as snapdeal does not have a strong global reach.
• They should plan an IPO soon to gain from the damage Flipkart suffered from the Big Billion Day.
