• First ported version to the EELA infrastructure during the 1st Grid School

• Client requests come from UIs

• Videos and data are stored on storage servers

• RIO server installed on entry points of the EELA infra-structure

• Whenever a request is made, the RIO server retrieves the video/data from the storage server

• Client can then see the video/data
