• Usability testing by using “Think aloud” methodology
“The idea of the eLearning platform is great. Now, agencies
can save a lot of money – they don’t have to send travel
agents to the destination in order to make them familiar
with it; they can just subscribe to online course.”
“Everything went smooth and predictable. I knew what I have
to do.”
BUT!!!
“ Videos were not consistent with topics and texts they
should present. For example: in “Culture and events”
module, introduction slide has video and text. The text of
the slide was about the culture in Ticino and video was
more about lifestyle and brands. “

• Evaluation
• Version 1.0
• New cycle of ADDIE
CONCLUSION AND
LIMITATIONS
• Business and educational potential of eLearning platform
• Missing the results of the promotion and usages analysis
