16-20 ตุลาคมที่ผ่านมา ภาค 3330 มีกิจกรรมใหญ่สองงานพร้อมกัน คือ การอบรมวิทยากรแกนนำาเพื่อการพัฒนาการรู้หนังสือ (ภาษาไทย) รูปแบบที่ 3 ในเขตจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ด้วยการสอนแบบมุ่งประสบการณ์ภาษา(CLE) ซึ่งเป็นโครงการ Global Grant กับภาค 2830 ประเทศญี่ปุ่น จัดที่โรงแรมหาดใหญ่พาราไดส์ อำาเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา สโมสรโรตารีนครหาดใหญ่เป็นแม่งาน ภายใต้การกำากับของผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการภาคพื้นที่ 4 อน.อรุณี อรุณกมล มีครูเข้ารับการอบรมสองร้อยกว่าคน ท่านรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสงขลาให้เกียรติมาร่วมพิธีเปิด และภาค 2830 มาร่วมในพิธีปิด ซึ่งการจัดอบรมผ่านพ้นไปด้วยดี ขอขอบคุณผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการภาคพื้นที่ 4 สโมสรโรตารีนครหาดใหญ่ สโมสรโรตารีในพื้นที่ 3 พื้นที่ 4 และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง คณะวิทยากรภายใต้การนำาของ อผภ.ดร.เสาวลักษณ์ รัตนวิช โดยเฉพาะ อผภ.วิชัย มณีวัชรเกียรติ ที่ทุ่มเทให้กับโครงการนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง อีกกิจกรรมหนึ่ง คือ การอบรมเยาวชนผู้นำาโรตารี(RYLA) ที่โรงเรียนบรมราชินีนารถราชวิทยาลัย อำาเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี มีอน.ประทีป แย้มเกตุ เป็นประธานการจัดอบรม สโมสรโรตารีราชบุรีเป็นเจ้าภาพ มีเยาวชนลงทะเบียนเข้ารับการอบรมทั้งสิ้น 514 คน ผมต้องเดินทางไปเปิดการอบรม CLE จึงได้มอบให้ อผภ.วรวุธ พงษ์วิทยภานุ ไปเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดและบรรยายแทน แต่ก็กลับไปร่วมงานเลี้ยงและทำาพิธีมอบปะกาศนียบัตรในวันปิดการอบรม ทราบจากคณะวิทยากรว่า น้องๆ เยาวชนมาวันแรกบางคนร้องไห้คิดถึงบ้าน บางคนผู้ปกครองมาส่งมาฝากว่าให้ดูแลกลัวจะอยู่ไม่ได้ แต่ปรากฏว่าพอผ่านไปสองวัน พ่อกับแม่โทรมาหายังไม่ยอมพูดด้วยเลย บอกว่ากำาลังยุ่ง หายคิดถึงบ้าน เยาวชนได้รับการเรียนรู้ให้มีความเป็นผู้ใหญ่มากขึ้น กล้าแสดงออก ขอบคุณอน.ประทีป แย้มเกตุ ที่ลงทุนไปกินนอนอยู่กับเยาวชนเลย ขอบคุณพลโทคณิต แจ่มจันทรา นายกสโมสรโรตารีราชบุรี สมาชิกตลอดทั้งโรตารีแอนน์สโมสรโรตารีราชบุรีที่ช่วยกันดูแลเยาวชนเป็นอย่างดี ขอบคุณผู้อำานวยการโรงเรียนบรมราชินีนารถราชวิทยาลัย และคณะวิทยากรทุกท่าน โรตารีสากลได้แจ้งว่า ประธานโรตารีสากลได้มอบหมายให้ PDG.Sheng-Chien Chang ภาค 3500 ประเทศไต้หวัน เป็นผู้แทนประธานโรตารีสากลมาร่วมการประชุม District Conference ของภาค 3330 ระหว่างวันที่ 7-9 ธันวาคมนี้ที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งเพราะภาค 3500 ได้เคยทำากิจกรรมร่วมกับ ภาค 3330 มาแล้ว และในอีกสองปีข้างหน้า ประธานโรตารีสากลจะมาจากประเทศไต้หวัน อน.ไพโรจน์ เอื้อสุขนุกูล ประธานจัดงาน District Conference เตรียมงานอย่างเอาจริงเอาจังเพื่อให้ผู้มาร่วมงานทุกท่านประทับใจ รวมทั้งงานเลี้ยง โรตารีแฟนซี่ไนท์ ที่อน.ปราณปิยา อมรชัยยาพิทักษ์ ประธานจัดงาน เตรียมเซอร์ไพส์ไว้ อย่างน่ากลัวสำาหรับผู้เป็นโรคหัวใจสะอ่อน

During the past 16 - 20 October, the District 3330 RI had 2 great events at the same time which are the CLE (Thai Language) Training which was the Global Grant with D 2830 RI, Japan, held at Hatyai Paradise Hotel, Hatyai, Songkhla which was hosted by the RC of Nakorn-Hatyai under the direction of Area 4’s assistant governor, PP.Arunee Arunkamol. There were over 200 teachers attended. The opening ceremony was honored by the vice governor of Songkhla while members from D 2830 RI attended the closing ceremony. The event went well so I would like to thank the assistant governor of Area 4, the Rc of Nakorn-Hatyai, the Rotary clubs in areas 3, 4 and surrounding areas, the speakers under the leadership of PDG.Dr.Sawaluk Rattawich, especially PDG.Wichai Maneewacharikiat that had devoted himself to this project. Another event is the RYLa at the Queen College, A.Paktor, Ratchaburi with PP.Prateep Yamket as the chairman and RC of Ratchaburi hosting. There are 514 youths enrolled in this program. I had to go to the opening of CLE so I asked PDG.Worawut Pongwittayapanu to presided at the opening ceremony and gave a lecture in stead but I did go to the party and and certificates handing ceremony on the last day. I khew from the guest speakers that some youths cried on the first day as they missed their homes. Some parents came with them and were afriad they couldn’t be able to stay. But after 2 days passed, moms and dads called they wouldn’t talk to. They said they’re busy. They didn’t miss home anymore. The youth got to learn to be more mature, to express themselves. Thank you PP.Prateep Yamket that stayed with the youths, thank you Lieutenant General Kanit Jamjantra, the president of RC of Ratcha-buri along with the members and spouses that helped take great care of the youths, thank you to the director of Queen College and all of the speakers. Rotary International informed that the RIP had assigned PDG.Sheng-Chien Chang of D 3500 RI, Taiwan as his representative to attend our District Conference during this 7 - 9 December in Kanchanaburi which is a good thing because the District 3500 RI had already done activities with our district before and in the next two years the RI president will be from Taiwan. PP.Pairoj Uasook, the DC’s chairman is seriously preparing the event to impress all who attends along with the Fancy Night that PP.Pranpiya Amornchaiyapitak, the chairperson, is preparing a surprise which is scary for those soft-hearted.

เมื่อวันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2555 ท่านผู้ว่าการภาค 3330 นายสมภพ ธีระสานต์ เยี่ยมให้กำาลังใจสโมสรโรตารีพัทลุง ติดตามแนะนำาการบริหารจัดการให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย ปีบริหาร 2555-2556 โดยมีนายกสโมสรโรตารีพัทลุง วรวรรณี บุญนวล และมวลมิตรโรแทเรียนพัทลุง ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น

On October 18, 2012, the District 3330 RI’s governor, DG.Somphop Thirasan, went to give moral support to the RC of Phatthalung and also to follow up in club management to reach the 2012 - 2013’s goal with the presi-dent of RC of Phatthalung, P.Wannee Boon-nual and its members gave a warm welcome.

The importance of Public Image and Public Relations is emphasized in no uncertain terms by Rotary International President Sakuji Tanaka. He said, “Rotary, for all the wonderful work we do, is not well known enough, and we need to change that. Rotary may be effective in promoting its public image on an organizational level, but there may be lacking in some individual Rotarians a strong commitment to promoting why they are Rotarians. I hope I may be able to provide some kind of a template – maybe a short speech – that Rotarians can adapt to their own circumstances, to tell other people what Rotary is all about.” To this end I am pleased to inform you that at the Rotary Institute which is to be held in Selangor Malaysia on 16-18 November 2012 Rotary International will honour Rotary Districts with Outstanding Achievement Awards for The Most Successful PR Projects in Asia and the Pacific. This is your chance to not only show the Rotary world your extraordinary humanitarian projects, but at the same time to be recognized for your achievements too. โรตารีด้วย รางวัลบรรลุผลโดดเด่นในด้านโครงการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่ประสบความสำาเร็จที่สุด ในเอเซียและ

แถบแปซิฟิก

นี่เป็นโอกาสของท่านที่จะไม่เพียงแสดงให้โลกของโรตารีเห็นถึงโครงการเพื่อมนุษยชาติที่โดดเด่น

แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็เพื่อให้ได้รับความยกย่องถึงความสำาเร็จของท่านด้วย

ผมจะยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งถ้าท่านจะกรุณาส่งรายละเอียดคร่าวๆ ของโครงการเพื่อมนุษยชาติที่โดด

เมื่อวันที่ 18 ต.ค. 55 คณะของผู้ว่าการภาค 2830 จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น ได้มาเยี่ยมชมโครงการ “น้ำ�ดื่มสะอ�ดเพื่อโรงเรียนและชุมชน” ซึ่งท่านเป็นเจ้าของเงินที่ร่วมบริจาคในโครงการ Global Grant No.25899. และได้มาร่วมประชุมกับ 8 สโมสรโรตารีในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ได้ร่วมกันให้การต้อนรับ แลกธง และมอบของที่ระลึกเพื่อเป็นการขอบคุณ

On October 18, 2012, the team of District Governor of D 2830 RI, Japan visited the “Clean Water for Schools and Communities” project in which the funds of the project came from for the Global Grant # 25899 and they also joined the meeting of 8 Rotary clubs in Nakhon Si Thammarat. They were welcomed plus banners exchanged and giving souvenirs as an appreciation.

แค่คำ�นำ�หน้�ว่�โรแทเรียนดิฉันก็รู้ภูมิใจแค่มีจดหม�ยจ่�หน้�ซอง ก�ร์ดเชิญต่�งๆ ส่งม�ให้ อ่�นคำ�นำ�หน้�ว่� รทร. มันรู้สึกภูมิใจและม�วันหนึ่งเร�มีคำ�นำ�หน้�ว่� นย. ยิ่งภูมิใจถึงที่สุด เพร�ะเร�ต้องเป็นผู้นำ�ในก�รขับเคลื่อน สโมสร ดิฉันมีหล�ยเหตุก�รณ์ในชีวิต 6-7 ปีที่ผ่�นม�ซึ่งมีคำ�อุท�นหล�ยๆ ครั้ง (อ๊ะท่�นเป็นโรต�รีเหรอ ! ) จ�กทั่วทุกภ�คของประเทศไทย และในต่�งประเทศ คำ�อุท�นประโยคนั้นมันทำ�ให้เหตุก�รณ์หล�ยๆ อย่�งคลี่คล�ยลงอย่�งไม่น่�เชื่อ นับจ�กวันแรกเมื่อ 6 ปีที่แล้วจนม�ถึงปีนี้ที่ 7 ในก�รเป็นสม�ชิกโรต�รีมณีก�ญ เป็นช่วงชีวิตที่ดิฉันมีคว�มสุขที่สุด ดิฉันร่วมทำ�กิจกรรมบำ�เพ็ญประโยชน์ กับสโมสรม� ได้รู้ ได้ทำ� มีส่วนร่วม ทุกกิจกรรม แต่ก็ไม่ประทับใจเท่�ปี 2554-2555 ที่ได้รับตำ�แหน่ง น�ยกสโมสร พอรู้ว่�เป็นผู้นำ�ล่วงหน้� 1 ปี ดิฉันก็เก็บข้อมูล ไปม�หล�ยที่ ก็คิดได้ว่�ถ้�ถึงในปีตัวเองจะทำ�โครงก�รต�มที่ได้ไปประสพพบเจอม� ว่�หล�ยพื้นที่ข�ดแคลนในหล�ยเรื่อง และดิฉันก็ได้ทำ�สิ่งนั้นต�มคว�มตั้งใจ และทำ�อย่�งมีคว�มสุขทุมเทสุดๆ กับทุกกิจกรรมจนได้รับร�งวัลม�กม�ย ดิฉันคิดว่� 1 ปี ช่�งไวจัง ทำ�กิจกรรมยังไม่ครบเลย ยังข�ดอีกหล�ยอย่�งที่อย�กทำ� แต่เวล�หมดไม่ทันซะแล้ว อย�กจะพูดถึงกิจกรรมที่ไปทำ�ม�แต่หน้�กระด�ษ เดียวคงจะไม่พอให้เขียน ว่�มันวิเศษ มันประทับใจแค่ไหน ในก�รที่ได้ไปทำ�โครงก�รในแต่ละแห่ง

โรต�รีทำ�ให้ดิฉันทึ่งและไม่มีองค์กรไหน สม�คม ชมรม โรงเจ มูลนิธิ ไหนๆ ที่ เป็นเช่นนี้ ยกตัวอย่�งที่ประสบม�คือเรื่องของก�รบริจ�คให้มูลนิธิโรต�รี พวกเร�ช�วโรต�รีรู้ดีว่�บริจ�คแล้วไปไหน นำ�ไปทำ�อะใรบริจ�ค 100 เหรียญ หรือ 1,000 เหรียญ ท�งสโมสรหรือภ�ค ก็จะประก�ศยกย่องเชิดชู ปีละไม่ต่ำ�กว่� 7-8 ครั้งไม่รวมปีต่อๆ ไป พูดออกไมโครโฟน ออกโทรโข่ง

ทั้งในสโมสร ยกย่องอยู่นั่นแหละภ�คเยี่ยม ทั้งง�นประชุมใหญ่ต่�งๆ ก็จะมีก�รประก�ศให้ขึ้นถ่�ยรูป เป็น 10 รอบ (ประม�นว่�..อะไรวะถ่�ยรูปอีกแล้ว) แต่ถ้�เป็นวัดว�อ�ร�ม ชมรม มูลนิธิไหนก็แล้วแต่ คุณจะบริจ�คกระเบื้องมุงหลังค� บริจ�คสร้�งประตู สร้�งโบสถ์ถว�ยหลวงพ่อ สร้�งส�รพัดเป็นแสนเป็นล้�น ขอโทษ ! ประก�ศครั้งเดียวในวันทอดกฐิน ทอดผ้�ป่� โฆษกถือไมค์พูดอ่�นร�ยน�ม ผู้บริจ�ค ดังต่อไปนี้ 1 น�ย-น�ง อะไรก็ว่�กันไป จบก็คือ กินข้�ววัดเสร็จก็กลับบ้�นปีหน้�ห�คนม� บริจ�คใหม่คนเก่�ลืมไปแล้ว ทุกอย่�งก็ลืมเลือนกันไป แต่โรต�รี มีก�รเก็บข้อมูลก�รบริจ�ค ครั้งที่เท่�ไหร่กี่เหรียญแล้ว ครบสิบเหรีนญได้

ในก�รทำ�กิจกรรมต่�งๆ มีเป้�หม�ย มีโครงสร้�งมีแบบแผนในก�รทำ�ง�น ...(เค้�ให้พูดแค่หน้�กระด�ษเดียว)... แต่ก็ไม่ส�ม�รถระงับคว�มประทับได้เลยมันก็เลยเถิดม� 4 หน้�กระด�ษไม่ได้หวังร�งวัลหรือโล่อะไรทั้งนั้นแค่ได้ระบ�ยคว�มรู้สึกตัวเองเท่�นั้น ว่�บ้�โรต�รีขน�ดไหนในช่วงหนึ่งของชีวิต ดิฉันไม่เคยลืม กับกิจกรรมที่ทำ�ม�และมิตรภ�พที่วิเศษที่สุดทั่วทุกมุมโลกของโรต�รี เป็นสิ่งประทับใจที่สุดในช่วงหนึ่งของดิฉัน...ถ้�ไม่เป็นโรแทเรียนท่�นก็คงไม่มีเพื่อนฝูงและมิตรภ�พที่ม�กม�ย.................

My Impression on Being a Rotarian

Just the prefix of “Rotarian” was enough to make me proud. When I received letters or invitation cards with the prefix of “RTN” made me proud. One day I have the prefix of “Presi-dent” which me the proudest because I had to be the lead-er in moving my club. I had many incidents in the past 6 - 7 years that brought about many exclamations (Wow, are you a Rotarian?) from all over Thailand and abroad. That exclamation unbelievably resolved many difficult situations. From the first day 6 years ago up to today, my 7th year of being a member of the Rotary Club of Maneekarn was the time of my life that I was happiest. I did many charity works with the club. I got to know and took part in every activities but none was so impressive as during the year 2011 - 2012 that I was the president. When I knew for one year in ad-vance that I’ll be the leader, I went and collected data from many places and thought that when my time come I will do activities that I had seen that many places are lacking and which I had done as I intended with happiness and full strength until we received lots of awards. I thought that 1 year went very fast, there are many activities I hadn’t done. There were many things I still wanted to do but the time ran out. To talk about the activities I did would take more than 1 page of paper to express how wonderful and impressive it was while we were doing each activity.

Rotary amazed me and I don’t think that there is any other organization or foundation is similar to Rotary. The example that happened to me is the donation to the Rotary Foundation. We, Rotarians, know where the donations go, to do what. If you do this in, say a temple or other organization, you may donate shingles, doors, monastery for the abbot, whatever, in millions even .... sorry, they will announce it once on the day. The emcee holding the microphone will announce that the donots are 1 Mr. or Mrs. and so on so forth and ended with just a lunch and go home. Next year they find somebody new and promptly for-get the old one. Everything can be forgotten but Rotary keeps track of your donation, how many times, how much. 10 EREY equals 1 Paul Harris Fellow. The information is easy for you to find, just open the web www.rotary.org 24/7. The activities come with targets and structures. They said I can use only one page but I had gone on and on. I don’t want any reward or plaque just to tell you my own feeling how much crazy I am about Rotary. For once in my life, I will never forget the activities I had done and the wonderful friendship of Rotary from all over the world. That’s my impression. If you’re not a Rotarian then you won’t hagve so many friends and fellowships.

เมื่อวันที่ 20-24 สิงหาคม 2555 ที่ผ่่านมา สโมสรโรตารีจังซีลอน ร่วมกับ เทศบาลตำาบลราไวย์ และ สมาคมสตรีนักธุรกิจและวิชาชีพแห่งประเทศไทย จ.ภูเก็ต จัดกิจกรรมฝึกอาชีพนวดแผนไทยและสอนภาษาอังกฤษให้กับสตรี ต.ราไวย์ ณ อาคารอเนกประสงค์โรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์ อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มทักษะในการประกอบอาชีพเสริมนวดแผนไทยให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ โดยกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ ได้รับความสนใจจากกลุ่มสตรี ต.ราไวย์ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมากมาย

On September 28 - 29, 2012, the RC of Junkceylon along with the House-keeping Managing Club Phuket and Andaman held career enhancement to the housekeepers in various hotels in Hotel and the Andaman vicin-ity to teach the skills in arranging flowers creatively and to be trained under the topic “How to Adjust to be above AEC?” to let the managers and housekeepers know and be prepared themselves coming into the ASEAN Economic Community. There are lots of housekeepers from many hotels interested and joined this activity.

- บริจาคข้าวสารอาหารแห้งให้กับศาลเจ้า เขารังและศาลเจ้าหล่อโรง- ร่วมกับสโมสรโรตารีอื่นใน จ.ภูเก็ต มอบ จานชามให้กับศาลเจ้าบ้านดอน- แจกน้ำาและผ้าเย็นให้กับขบวนแห่พระ ศาล เจ้าบางเหนียว

On August 20 - 24, 2012, the RC of Junkceylon along with the City of Rawai and the Business and Pro-fessional Women’s Association of Thailand - Phuket hosted the mas-sage course to train as a career and English lessons for ladies of Rawai at Multi-Purposed Building of Wat-sawangarom, A.Muang, Phuket to enhanced the skilles in giving Thai massage to foreign tourists. This is an activity that attracts lots of female groups from Rawai.

ครั้งนี้ขอพาไปชิมไกลถึงเมือง Kitami ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เนื่องในโอกาสไปร่วม District Conference ของ ภาค 2500

ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เมืองนี้เป็นเมืองเกษตรกรรม ที่ขึ้นชื่อคือการปลูกหัวหอมใหญ่ แล้วมีการนำามาแปรรูปเป็นซุบหัวหอมสำาเร็จรูป รสชาติใช้ได้ทีเดียว แต่สำาหรับผู้ที่ไม่ชอบเค็มต้องเติมน้ำาให้มากหน่อย อีกสิ่งหนึ่งคือมันฝรั่ง เขานำามาทั้งต้มทั้งทอด อร่อยมาก ยิ่งอากาศเย็นๆ ถือทานแล้วอุ่นไปในตัว ตบท้ายต้องไอศกรีมที่ทำาจากนมสดจึงมีรสหวานหอมมันอย่าบอกใครเชียว ที่ญี่ปุ่นราคาสินค้าที่เป็น OTOP นั้นเขากำาหนดราคาขายไว้เท่ากันทุกแห่งไม่ว่าซื้อที่ไร่ หรือที่ร้านขายของฝาก หรือแม้แต่สนามบินราคาเท่ากัน ไม่รู้จักบวกแบบบ้านเราเลย ราคาต่างกันทุกแห่ง

สิ่งที่จะพาไปชิมวันนี้คือ ปลาดิบ ที่ทำาจากปลามากุโร หรือ บ้านเรารู้จักกันว่า ปลาโอ เป็นปลาทูน่าชนิดหนึ่ง ชื่อเฉพาะว่า Yellowfin Tuna เป็นปลาขนาดใหญ่ ในมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก เนื้อนิ่มแทรกด้วยมัน หน้าท้องปลาที่ตัดออกมาเฉพาะเรียกว่า “โทโร่” สิ่งที่ Amazing คือการนำาปลาตัวใหญ่มาแล่โชว์แล้วใส่จานมาให้รับประทานเลย โรแทเรียนภาค 3330 หากสนใจจะไปร่วมงาน District Conference ของภาค 2500 สามารถไปได้เพราะเรามีสัญญาใจกันที่จะไปร่วมงานกับเขาทุกปี ปีหน้าจองที่นั่งแต่เนิ่นๆ กับ ผวล.นพ.สงวน เลยครับจะได้ไปชิมปลาดิบของแท้ที่ว่านี้

This time I take you for a taste in Kitami, Japan because I had a chance to attend the District Conference of D 2500 RI, Japan. This

town is an agritural town that is famous for its onion which will be made into instant onion soup. The taste is good but if you don’t want to be salty you can add more water. Other thing is potatoes that they both boil and fry, They’re delicious especially in the cold weather it will warm you up while holding in your hands. Last on the menu has to be ice cream made from fresh milk that made it sweet and smelly. In Japan, all the OTOP products have the same pricing no matter if you buy from the farm, souvenir shops or even at the airport. They have no mark ups like in our country that the prices were different.

The thing that I want to take you to taste today is raw fish made from makuro which is a kind of tuna fish. The specific name is Yellowfin

Tuna. It’s a large fish found in the Pacific Ocean. The meat is soft with lard inset. Its stomach that is being cut out is called “Toro”. What is amazing is that they take a large fish, sliced it up and put in the plate for you to eat rightaway. If any Rotarian from D 3330 RI is interested to join D 2500’s District Conference then you can do so because we have a commitment to attend every year. Just book your seat early with DGE.Sanguan so that you can taste this real raw fish.

ลมหนาวเริ่มพัดโชยให้เราได้สัมผัสกันแล้วในภาคกกลาง เช่นเดียวกับฤดูฝนได้เริ่มต้นในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง เป็นสัญญาณให้เราได้ทราบถึงการสิ้นสุดปีอีกไม่ถึง 2 เดือนข้างหน้า อะไรจะรวดเร็วอย่างนี้ อย่างไรก็ตามดิฉันขอภาวนาให้ชาวใต้รอดพ้นจากอุทกภัยที่จะมากับน้ำาเร็วๆ นี้ด้วย E-News ฉบับนี้ ดิฉันได้ตามท่านภาคสมภพ ธีระสานต์ ไปถึงประเทศมาเลเซีย สังเกตุการณ์การอบรม ผชภ. ปีบริหาร 2556-57 ปีท่าน ผวล.สงวน คุณาพร รวมทั้งมีพี่เลี้ยง ผชภ.ปีบริหารนี้ประมาณ 9 ท่าน ที่โรงแรมซันเวย์ เมือง บัตเตอร์เวอร์ต ประเทศมาเลเซีย โดยมีสโมสรโรตารีบัตเตอร์เวอร์ต เป็นสโมสรที่ช่วยในการจัดการการประชุม ในการนี้อน.Jagjit Singh ประธานคณะกรรมการไทย-มาเลเซีย และสมาชิก ได้ประสานงานในการจัดการอบรมซึ่งผ่านไปได้อย่างดี รวมทั้งได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นทั้งพิธีเปิดการอบรม และเลี้ยงรับรอง วันที่ 26-28 ตุลาคม 2555 เชิญชมภาพได้ใน e-news เล่มนี้ รวมทั้งภาพกิจกรรมของสโมสรต่างๆ ที่ส่งมา ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นภาพของสโมสรขาประจำาคือ สร.ทุ่งคา, สนามจันทร์, เหลืองกระบี่ สโมสรไหนที่ไม่ทราบว่าจะส่งรูปอย่างไร...ให้ใคร...ที่ไหน..อย่างไร ถามที่ดิฉันได้ค่ะ....นยก. อาภาฬฎี เลขะกุล email [email protected] อากาศแปรปรวน....เดี๋ยวหนาว..เดี๋ยวร้อน ดูแลสุภาพด้วยนะคะ

The cold wind has already begine to blow for us to feel in the mid-region as the rainy season has begun in the south. This is a sign to tell us about the year’s end in less than 2 months. It is so fast. I wish the southerner to survive from the flood that will come soon. This e-news, I had followed DG.Somphop Thirasan to Malaysia, to observe the training of assistant governors of the year 2013 - 2014, the year of DGE.Sanguan Kunapporn along with about 9 chaperones who are this year’s assistant governors at the Sun Way Hotel, Butterworth with the RC of Butterworth taking care of the meeting. This event had PP.Jagjit Singh, the chairperson of Thai-Malaysia Commit-tee coordinating a successful seminar along with the opening ceremony and a warm welcome party on 26 - 28 October 2012. You can see the pictures in this issue of e-news. The pictures being sent here are from the regulars such as the RCs of Tung-kah, Sanamchan, Luangkrabi, etcc.
