Making your Facebook profile more secure
Step 1
Find out how secure your profile is by logging in and clicking the padlock. You can make some basic changes here.
Step 3
The settings you see below are considered very secure.
Step 2
Click the cog in the corner and select 'Privacy Settings' to make additional changes.
Protecting your Google search results

Select 'Search settings'
Step 1
Access the Google homepage in the normal way (www.google.com). Click 'Settings'.
Step 3
Click to 'Filter explicit results'.
You may also 'lock' this setting, which requires a Google username and password to be entered.
Installing a Firewall
There are a number of free Anti-Virus / Firewall applications that can help protect your computer at home. Here are a few:

Restricting access on iOS Devices
Step 1
Open 'Settings'
Step 2
Select 'General'
Step 3
Select 'Restrictions'. You will need a passcode.
Step 4
Review each of the settings in turn. Make the changes that you feel are needed.
