Mobile Banking App with PushTAN: secure, simple and convenient
Our app uses PushTAN technology, which facili- tates logging into the E-Banking desktop and authorises transactions safely and conveniently.

Download the app
Prerequisites for using the Mobile Banking App:
A You have a modern mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet with operating system:
– iOS 11.0 or higher – Android 6.0 or higher
B An internet connection (4G/Wifi) on your mobile device
C You have completed the form “Agreement for the use of E-Services” and your mobile phone number is registered with the Bank.
D You already have a user ID and password for E-Services (received via letter).
E You have received your activation code from the Bank (by separate letter).
Download the Mobile Banking App by scanning the QR code on the left.

Download the app
Tap on the notification. Tap the “GET” button to download the app.
The Mobile Banking App “E-Services” will now appear on your screen.

Set up the app
Tap “Allow” to enable notifications (required for using the digital token).

Tap “Login” to access the app.

Activate the app and PushTAN
Enter here your user ID and password. Tap “Next” button.

The password is the same password you use to log into desktop E-Banking.
Device names are handy, espe-cially when you plan to access your bank data on multiple devices (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
You should have received this activation code via letter, SMS or from your Relationship Manager.
Define a name for your device that is easily identifiable to you.
Enter the activation code you received in the letter from the Bank here.

Define a PIN and enable biometric ID
Re-enter the PIN as confirmation.
Define a PIN code (6 digits).
Your personal identification number (PIN) secures the app and makes it inaccessible to others.

To enable biometric ID (such as TouchID), tap the “YES” button. You might have to scroll down to see the buttons.
Confirm by touching the fingerprint sensor.
The mobile app is now activated for biometric authentication instead of PIN. Tap the “OK” button.
Note: biometric authentication instead of PIN can only be activated if your device supports it.

Login to the app
To login to the Mobile Banking App, just tap “Login”.
Touch the fingerprint sensor (or alternatively enter your PIN code).
The Mobile Banking App will open and display your Dashboard.

How to use the Mobile Banking App as a digital token
Case 1: To login to E-Banking

If you have multiple login methods activated,
select the one you’d like to use (here the PushTAN
option is selected). Click the “Next” button.
Go to the E-Banking login page, type in
your user ID and password and click the “Next” button.

E-Banking. A notification
should appear on your smart-
phone at the same time.
You will receive a notification on your smartphone. Tap on the notification.
The mobile app will open. Tap the “CONFIRM” button.

board page with a summary of your bank information.
