Who uses what service?
• Individuals are able to register for Online mail on their tax return, in My Account, by phone or MyCRA mobile app.
• View mail added to My Account to see all correspondence in one place.
• New since July 2016: Benefit notices.• Businesses are able to register for
Online mail in My Business Account, by phone, and new since May 2016, by adding their email address on their T2 Efile or GST/HST Netfile returns.
• Reps are able to register through Represent a Client

Visa debit
§ Visa Debit Card was added to the electronic payment methods offered through the My Payment service.
You can now pay using your VISA Debit Card!
There are two categories of documentation that clients can submit to the CRA using Submit documents:
§ Solicited documentation
§ Certain unsolicited documentation

Submit documents
§ As of May 2016
§ Documents can be submitted through My Account, My Business Account, or Represent a Client for the following programs:
• Business Accounting – GST Accounting Enquiries, GST Accounting Rebates, Enquiries, OL Enquiries, and Disbursement;
• Taxpayer Relief;• Voluntary Disclosure Program;• CPP/EI Appeals; and• Case Appeals (Notice of Objections).
§ GST/HST Rulings allows business owners and/or representatives to submit supporting documents for the processing of GST/HST Returns and Rebates in My Business Account and Represent a Client.

§ To submit “follow up” submissions, the user would simply enter the reference number from the original submission when prompted “Available case or reference number”.
§ Multiple submissions completed with the same reference number will be linked on FileNet.

Follow up submissions
§ An alternate to the RC59.
§ Quick and convenient submission of business authorization requests using Represent a Client (RaC).
§ Click “Review and Update” and then “Manage Clients” to locate the electronic authorization request in RaC.
§ 3 easy steps: • Complete the web form • Print the certification page, have the client sign it • Scan it and submit electronically through RaC.
§ Requests received at the CRA with complete and accurate information are processed within 5 business days, and normally sooner.

§ More PAYDAC compliance notices will be eligible for Online mail
§ Manage business client privilege split into two separate privileges in Represent a Client
