Application for Building Development/Plumbing Approval and Electricity Supply and InspectionTo access the SEW system, an Applicant must �rst obtain a ttconnect identi�cation number and sign up on TTBizLink for the relevant e-service(s) he/she wishes to use, such as the Utilities e-service. The Applicant can then apply for a TTBizLink ID.

1. The applicant then submits an electronic application via the TTBizLink websitewww.ttbizlink.gov.tt.

2. The application is routed to the relevant processing agency for approval.

3. Once the agency receives the application, it is then reviewed by the relevant o�cer.If any additional information or documentation is needed, the o�cer noti�es theapplicant via e-mail.

4. A decision is made to either accept or reject the application.

5. An e-mail noti�cation of the decision is sent to the applicant
