Leadership San Angelo 2014 began its nine-month
program at West Texas Boys Ranch on October 10th.
After introductions and ice breakers, they began team
building and leadership training lea by facilitators
Gary Smith and Sandy Meeks on Thursday, with
Cathy Ballard taking the lead on Friday at the West
Texas Training Center.

Junior Leadership Forum Needs Your Help!
San Angelo Leadership Alumni will host area high school students at the 2014 Junior Leader-
ship Forum. Almost 100 high school students spent the day last year with Leadership Alumni
members who served as facilitators for the annual Junior Leadership Forum. Students par-
ticipated in leadership skills training exercises as well as group communication, problem-
