As you entered this house it drew you eyes all over the place. Too many distractions.Something just didn’t feel right to the buyers. We closed the opening towards the Den. So as you entered your eyes were directed towards the formal living.Den was now private and more functional.Slate tiles enhanced the entry way and whole feel of the space felt more elegant.

Different paint scheme and carpet freshens up the living room.Staging makes the home more welcoming.Notice the table and lamps sitting where opening from the entrance used to be.Closing that side not only helped the entrance area but also helped the den make more functional and private.
