Please come out and support the ladies as we celebrate and acknowledge all of their amaz-ing contributions to the Eagle. The Auxiliary is a major part of the Eagle and they are a key reason we keep on thriving. A great turnout would be wonderful! To the Auxiliary; THANK YOU for all that you do! If you haven’t walked or rode in the parade before, you will surely enjoy it. Come out and support our Veterans. Afterward, we will have festivities back at the club. A great day to be held by all!The State Eagle Conference, scheduled from November 15th – 17th, is also right around the corner. We are asking for volunteers to assist with this event so please reach out to one of the Officers and let them know you can help. Thank you!I have been talking with members at the club to see if there was interest in bringing Cards back (7 Card Stud &/or Texas Holdem) one (1) night a week. The discussions have been positive. There would not be any high-stake games for the objective is to socialize and have a good time. If this is something you would be interested in, please let me, an officer or a member of the Entertainment Committee know, and we work on getting this going. In the past, we played on a Friday night, around 7pm and played for 3 to 4 hours. However, new details will be worked out later.Thank you, Eagle, for bringing in new members. It is great seeing men and women who are interested in being part of our family and supporting the cause. Keep up the great work!Signing off for now. Thank you again for all that you do to make our Eagle great! Have a great month, take care and God Bless! Todd Patton, Aerie President

From our Auxiliary President (continued from page 1)
Dear Brothers and Sisters,Thank you all for your great show of support by attending the Ladies Auxiliary’s Anniversary! Hopefully everyone had an enjoyable time! I know our invited State Madam President and her guest did! A special “Thank You” to the Aerie membership for their hard work and efforts in making sure this event went off so smoothly! As always the food and fellowship was enjoyed by all! Also my heartfelt appreciation gores to Patricia Cieslik and Ellie Freitag for their decorating expertise! We are entering the last quarter of the year and I would like to see us end it with a bang! So, I’m asking for everyone to put their “thinking caps” on and see if they can come up with new and innovative ideas for fundraisers! All ideas will be welcomed! I know the Auxiliary has been “kicking around” a few at our meetings so please try attending one as we are always looking for help! The more hands you have on board the lighter the load for everyone. I hope everyone has a safe Halloween! Remember, please watch for children as you are driving around. Also you don’t want to miss the Halloween party the Eagle Riders will be putting on. There will be a costume contest and as innovative as you all are, I’m sure there will be some great talent shown that night! As a reminder, be sure and keep the monthly calendars in the newsletter handy so you have a quick reference for all scheduled events as well as the nightly dinner specials! Thank you again for all of your support! Corinne Smith , Auxiliary President
