Inside the tower, the computer are inserted into to the mainframe. The mainframe for a computer is the motherboard.

Windows 7 would be a good choice of operating system, for a IT computering system device, as it is capable with windows XP applications and programs.

Making a system

Earl would need to create his own pc buy fixing components together. He will need a tower, motherboard, processor, hdd, graphics card, and additionally an monitor or projector.

Firstly he would need to buy his staff an iPhone or a android smartphone, so that they can easily send emails on the go to others without not being compatible with attachments. I would recommend him to get an android as they are cheaper, so it will save him expenses as he will need to purchase more than one.

Smartphone

The smartphone which will be suitable for his staff will be the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, as it is still quite new and the prices has dropped to £205.

The smartphone has features which will be suitable for staff, as it has fast internet and has a secondary front camera for video calling.

The phone is compatible with the latest android 4.2 (Jellybean)

Configuring a PC

A good website for Earl to configure his PC is pcspecialist as they can provide everything that is needed for his computer system. His computer wouldn’t be very costly and will be fairly cheap. And Intel based is ideal for a office computer.
