COMPANY SECRETARY FORUM DATE: 27 NOV 2014 / VENUE: THE LANDMARK HOTEL, LONDON / CPD: 6.5 HRS

A year on: Lessons learnt and best practice across UK and Europe

Dear colleague,

Following the outstanding success of the last two years’ events, I am delighted to be chairing Practical Law’s 3rd Annual Company Secretary Forum.

The aim of the 3rd Annual Company Secretary Forum is to give delegates the opportunity to understand the key reporting issues for 2014/2015 including best practice in Directors’ remuneration a year on, lessons learnt from strategic reporting, the practicalities of embracing Corporate Governance across the board, as well as finding out what the Corporate Governance Code means for organisations in terms of reporting on risk.

The Forum is dedicated to Company Secretaries and senior members of the secretariat team and many of the panellists and speakers are Company Secretaries with first-hand experience of the issues raised.

We will continue running smaller interactive sessions in the afternoon which will provide you with an opportunity to have your questions answered on a number of leading areas. And this year there is a choice of over 10 interactive sessions to choose from.

The programme will continue to develop and we will keep you updated over the coming months.

I very much look forward to seeing you on 27 November.

Yours faithfully
