Penitential Act

I confess to almighty God

and to you, my brothers and sisters,

that I have greatly sinned,

in my thoughts and in my words,

in what I have done and in what I have failed to

do,

through my fault,

through my fault,

through my most grievous fault;

therefore I ask blessed Mary ever-Virgin,

all the Angels and Saints,

and you, my brothers and sisters,

to pray for me to the Lord our God.

Easter Sequence Christians, to the Paschal Victim

Offer your thankful praises!

A Lamb the sheep redeems;

Christ, who only is sinless,

Reconciles sinners to the Father.

Death and life have contended in that combat

stupendous:

The Prince of life, who died, reigns immortal.

Speak, Mary, declaring

What you saw, wayfaring.

“The tomb of Christ, who is living,

The glory of Jesus’ resurrection;

bright angels attesting,

The shroud and napkin resting.

Yes, Christ my hope is arisen;

to Galilee he goes before you.”

Christ indeed from death is risen, our new life

obtaining.

Have mercy, victor King, ever reigning!

Amen. Alleluia.

Universal Prayer

Offertory While public Masses and events have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many ministries of our parish are

still active in the community and continue to depend upon your financial support.

If you are financially able, please keep up with your giving to help us make up for the loss of our Sunday offertory.

You can give online here: www.osvonlinegiving.com/3036 or bring in or mail your gift to the Parish Office.

We want to especially thank all of you who are already signed up for online giving, and those who have been sending

in their envelopes. Your faithfulness is more important than you can imagine.

Let’s pray that the day when we can share the Holy Sacrifice of the Sunday Mass as a family again may draw nearer!

Eucharistic Prayer

Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.

I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

Communion Antiphon

Christ our Passover has been sacrificed, alleluia;

therefore let us keep the feast with the unleavened bread of purity and truth, alleluia, alleluia.
