BASIC EMBROIDERY FEES• Free Set up - 24+ units (1 free DST file & virtual swatch per order)• Additional Tape Charge - $5 per thousand stitches above 6,500 stitches • Set up for orders under 24 units - $20, (1 free virtual swatch per order)

ADDITIONAL EMBROIDERY FEES• Tape Edit - $10/thousand stitches• Pricing includes embroidery up to 6,500 stitches with a maximum of 7 colors; metallic threads are $0.50/unit extra• Swatches - 1st virtual is free, each additional virtual is $5/unit; physical swatches are $5/unit + freight• Personalization - $3.50/unit up to 2 words on one line or $5.00/unit for two lines (block/script fonts only)• Full Back Logos - $0.50/1000 stitches (max 10”w x 7”h)• Thread color changes are considered “new” logos and are subject to the unit run charges above• All free DST files are the property of Tri-Mountain. If you require a copy of the DST file contact the decoration department.

GENERAL EMBROIDERY INFORMATION• Production Time - Generally 3-4 business days after all approvals (may vary for high volume or high stitch count orders).• Minimum Order Size - 1 unit• Artwork Requirements - Please submit camera ready art work in JPEG, PDF, EPS, AI or DST files.• Lettering of less than 1/4” will not retain legibility.• Thread Colors - Please provide SALUS, MADEIRA, ROBISON-ANTON, AIRPLANE or PMS THREAD colors.• Client Supplied Files - We do not assume responsibility for embroidery quality sewn with a client supplied file we accept files

in Tajima format and will inform you if your tape requires editing. FREE FREIGHT will be extended on orders totaling at least $200 in NET merchandise value (discontinued items, decoration & services fees do not apply). Pricing is subject to change without notice.
