Cost Value Reconciliation (“CVR”) is fundamental
to accurate accounting and statutory compliance

project and EasyBuild informs you, in real-time, what
your subcontractor costs and liabilities have been
during each monthly reporting period. The CVR
process allows the Commercial Manager to check
every subcontractor for variations and any additional
works required. This allows Quantity Surveyor’s to have
daily access to this information as well as full visibility
by Senior Management.

EasyBuild for Contractors
Mobile
The widespread use of mobile technology – Wi-Fi connected laptops,
tablets and smart phones – provides everyone on-site with a familiar and
powerful connection to distributed technologies and information. EasyBuild
Mobile allows operatives to use their smart phone remotely to record
essential information and upload it back to Head Office immediately.
EasyBuild Mobile enables the capture of labour cost via the Timesheet
app; requesting material and plant deliveries via the Requisition app; and
recording the delivery of materials via the Goods Received app. Data is
automatically synched back into EasyBuild’s ERP solution, which in turn
saves time, removes paper and increases efficiency.
Cloud
EasyBuild Cloud offers a dedicated secured platform to host the EasyBuild
ERP software solution for use by your organisation. Our cloud service
provides improved business continuity and advanced levels of resilience.
This ensures that the business can be assured of limited downtime of a
critical business application.
EasyBuild Cloud provides access to EasyBuild applications for each
customer using secured logins. This service is inclusive of the day to day
management of the hosted environment, as well as daily backups, security
updates, operating system upgrades and patch releases.
EasyBuild’s ERP financial and commercial management solution provides
all the tools that you need to manage a construction project. It provides full
project accounting and job costing with CVR, procurement, payroll and plant
management features. It allows you to manage subcontractors including
retentions plus client applications, supplier orders and deliveries. A fully CIS
and HMRC compliant solution, it is based on an Oracle development platform

EasyBuild’s ERP solution is built around a powerful suite of modules. The “Essentials” bundle provides the basic
tools for managing projects – including Cashbook, General Ledger, CVR, plant, assets, subcontractors and
applications for keeping track of temporary or permanent employees.
The “Professional” bundle adds adaptors for both Dashboard & Mobile whilst at the “Enterprise” level this
encompasses all modules from both the Essentials and Professional bundles PLUS provides a platform to allow
integration with third party applications.

Following the collapse of Carillion, we found ourselves in a difficult position in trying to ‘keep the business alive’ and maintaining confidence with our client, Network Rail.
