Ever summer we look forward to this fresh tasty salad that helps melt those hot days away. Our Deli uses only the freshest ingredients: grape tomatoes, fresh Bocconcini mozzarella, roasted red peppers and our signature basil blend. The resulting salad is a wholesome meal that sates without filling. Co-op’s Caprese Salad is perfect for the Saratoga Race track because it’s delicious right from the container. Two forks and two napkins are the only accessories required to enjoy this excellent snack. Its robust flavor offers a satisfying treat but does not over fill your stomach. Perfect for some quick nourishment in-between your main meals on a hot summer day while watching your winning horse race. OLDE SARATOGA BREWING COMPANY The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company in Saratoga Springs, NY, is the wholly owned subsidiary of Mendocino Brewing Company in Ukiah, California, and has been bringing you the highest quality, fresh, traditional, all malt craft-brewed lager and ales since 1997. It is important while at the rac- es to keep your family safe. Make sure to wear plenty of sun block. We have Kiss My Face brand sun block for you and your families skin. This sun screen keeps your children’s skin safe not only from the sun but it is also free from harmfull ingredients. Make sure you drink plenty of water and it might be a good idea to take a break from the sun whenever possible. Watch a race from in- side or grab fresh lemonade. Remember the races go all day, and a good horse trainer knows endurance trumps speed over the long haul. Plan to be tired at the end of the day. Don’t count on coming home with enough energy to make an elaborate meal. Keep it simple and grab any of our ready to cook foods from our meat department and deli. SPICY LIME AND DILL GRILLED FISH INGREDIENTS: • Cooking spray • 2 pounds haddock fillets, each cut into thirds (on Sale!!) • 6 tablespoons butter, melted • 1 limes, juiced (with pulp) • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed • 1 teaspoon kosher salt • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes • 1 onion, sliced crosswise 1/8-inch thick DIRECTIONS: Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Lay 4 8x10-inch pieces of aluminum foil onto a flat work surface and spray with cooking spray. Arrange equal amounts of the haddock into the center of each foil square. Stir butter, lime juice, dill, kosher salt, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl; drizzle evenly over each portion of fish. Top each portion with onion slices. Bring opposing ends of the foil together and roll together to form a seam. Roll ends toward fish to seal packets. Cook packets on the preheated grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 7 minutes per side.

SPICY LIME AND DILL GRILLED FISH

INGREDIENTS:

• Cooking spray• 2 pounds haddock fi llets, each cut into thirds (on Sale!!)• 6 tablespoons butter, melted• 1 limes, juiced (with pulp)• 1 tablespoon dried dill weed• 1 teaspoon kosher salt• 1 teaspoon red pepper fl akes• 1 onion, sliced crosswise 1/8-inch thick

DIRECTIONS:Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Lay 4 8x10-inch pieces of aluminum foil onto a fl at work surface and spray with cooking spray. Arrange equal amounts of the haddock into the center of each foil square. Stir butter, lime juice, dill, kosher salt, and red pepper fl akes together in a small bowl; drizzle evenly over each portion of fi sh. Top each portion with onion slices.
