Roll out

• Inclusion of diabetes element to eat out eat well

• Transition of Heartbeat to eat out eat well

• Publicity and marketing

• Promotion of the scheme throughout the District

• Pilot project - campaign to target uptake in Raunds– no current takeaway or restaurant with Heartbeat

– 36 caterers (including 5 restaurants, 8 takeaways, 7 mobile caterers, 3

pubs with food, 4 residential homes)
