completed the acquisition of the Moeller

Group

• In May 2008, the Romanian company

Moeller Electric srl, founded in 1997 as the

representative of Moeller Group, became

officially the representative of Eaton‘s

Electrical Sector on the Romanian market

• In January 2010, Moeller Electric changed

its name to Eaton Electric srl

(under the name Moeller Electric; change of name took place

in January 2010)

• The only sales representative of Eaton’s Electrical Sector in

Romania, offering components and solutions for automation

and power distribution and critical power solutions

• EATON ELECTROPRODUCTIE – founded 2002; located

near Baia Mare

• 2 plants with production facility for components and enclosures

for a wide range of Eaton products sold on the European

market, one plant in Sarbi and a new plant opened in 2010 in
