BESPOKE BASE SURCHARGES ❙ For all Bespoke, use standard price of next nearest model from opposite page and add the Base Surcharge first for each Bespoke panel, then the Shaping Surcharge if applicable ❙ For width and height changes within the maximum standard panel sizes stated opposite, add the Base Surcharge only ❙ Add the Base Surcharge for all the below panels on units involving Minimal Frames and Recessed Channels ❙ Add surcharge and suffix codes to the standard code shown opposite, e.g. EPB900A for a Bespoke Fixed Panel or EPB900B for a Bespoke Hinge Panel 2. BESPOKE SHAPING SURCHARGES ❙ For Cut-outs and Angles ❙ Add surcharges and suffixes to the Bespoke Base ❙ Add multiple codes and surcharges according to the number of angles, cut-outs or number of increased height panels required, e.g. EPB900AX would signify a Bespoke Fixed Panel with Cut-Out Measure and Installation are priced separately Please note, product prices and installation price may change after Measure dependent on site conditions and customer preferences MEASURE AND INSTALLATION BY MATKI INSTALLATIONS 3.
