memory banks.

Imagine that your mind is a videotape recorder that has recorded all the
messages that you received from your leaders during your AIESEC life.
Rewind to your beginnings in AIESEC and review the images of developing to where you are
now, of learning how to act and cope in the organization.

Focus on your direct Team Leaders or EB/MC members who were major
influences on you.
What kinds of things did they tell you about how you should think
and act?

Did they say things such as ‘Don’t argue, this is how things are!,’ ‘Don’t get too critical,’ or
‘Shut up and listen’?

Or did they say things such as ‘Always ask and ask again
until you understand,’ ‘Don’t give up!,’ or ‘It’s better to apologize than to regret’?
