THE BUSINESS INTENSIVE 13 MONTH PARTNERSHIPAt Equip Consulting we understand that consistent sales results produced by a cohesive team is a number 1 priority for many SME’s, yet we also understand that it doesn’t usually occur in this way. That’s exactly what The Business Intensive – 13 Month Consulting Partnership is all about. Working closely with your Sales & Management teams (plus all relevant others) to provide them with the necessary education, motivation and implementation of new learning’s to accelerate CONSISTENT, SUSTAINABLE AND LONGTERM GROWTH.

With do this with a mixture of both Sales Training AND Team Development purely from the perspective that PEOPLE produce results. THE ‘EMIA’ METHODOLOGY:

We follow a very simple methodology to produce consistent, sustainable and long-term results by following our EMIA Methodology closely. That is to bridge the knowledge gap through EDUCATION first. This allows your team to feel empowered by having an in-depth understanding into HOW to effectively communicate & sell and WHY it works from a human behaviour perspective.

Secondly we provide the necessary MOTIVATION to allow behavioural change; although it’s not our responsibility to create the correct mindset (only the individual can truly do that) we CAN create an environment that helps move their headspace in the right direction. CONSULTING PARTNERSHIPHOW DOES IT WORK?STEP 1: The 21 Day Business Analysis: Before we begin with any internal and online consulting we first seek to understand the individuality of your business and team to ensure that we are the right fit to help you with your needs. We do this by undertaking our 12-Step Analysis Process over 21 days to really get inside your business ‘world’ and establish the core KPI’s in alignment with your business goals. Sounds good? Perfect it’s time for Step 2.

STEP 2: The 12-Week Intensive (Sales Training + Team Development): So we have established that we are the right fit and have identified the growth opportunities at hand, it’s time to kick start the program with our 12-Week Intensive providing the necessary education and motivation required to hit our short term KPI’s. We do this through various platforms including and not limited to; in-house consulting, implementation emails, support calls, and video conferencing. Our primary objective at this level is to create a cohesive and consistent team that is well on the path of being ‘unconsciously competent’ in all sales related communications and self-management.

STEP 3: The 9-Month Implementation Process: At Equip Consulting Australia we believe that

there is one very simple foundation for building consistent and long term results and that is by taking consistent action! During Step 3 of the Business Intensive Process we work closely with all Sales and Management team members to help implement key learning’s and strategies developed along the way. We become your positive support system to hold accountability (no more great idea’s that stay within the confines of the note pad!). We do this by creating consistent 7 day, 30 day, and 90-day action plans to ensure that we hit our medium to long term KPI’s whilst remaining nimble and agile.
