• Only EU instruments are included (chapter 2), no national/regional• Topics are currently on its way• Next practices need more attention (chapters 3-5/6)• Little information on Service Innovation (chapter 6)• Conclusions will follow after full work is done (chapter 7)• Recommendations differ in quality and quantity (chapter 8)
