UKRAINE: BUKOVEL FOUR-SEASON RESORT

When Ecosign started the Master Plan in 2004, theexisting annual skier visits totaled about 50,000 with oneold double chairlift and one T-bar lift.

By 2012, skier visits have grown to over 1.2 million. 2,300 overnight accommodation beds 16 modern lifts, 50 km of ski trails with a capacity of

20,000 skiers per day.

The resort area master plan includes 13,200 beds in resorthotels in the village centers, 13,380 beds in the multi-

family ski in / out units, 3,650 beds in single familydwellings and 3,160 employee beds for a total of 33,390beds.

Since Bukovel is such a success, customer is now in

contact with the Austrian office regarding another project.

AUSTRIA: SILVRETTA MONTAFON

Following one of the concept recommendations from theEcosign Master Plan in 2009, Silvretta Montafon hasinvested EUR 30m to link the previously separated skiareas Silvretta Nova and Hochjoch in 2011 in order to

become the biggest ski resort in the province of Vorarlberg.
