completely redesigned the website for the center for children & Families, Inc. (ccFI) to better reflect organization’s brand and increase volunteer and donor interaction.

Over the last year: 16,000+ visitors to the website, a 163% increase• Over 60% increase in social media traffic site referrals• 69% increase in pageviews by visitors• Average time on page increased from 00:00:44 to 00:01:06 (a 51% increase)•

Beginning in 2012, I realigned social media platforms to reflect campaign messages and brand/culture of organization. So far, there has been a 563% overall increase in reach through the CCFI facebook page (with the most recent weekly total reach at 1,811 -compared to last six months of weekly reach data).

During 2011, the CCFI Twitter page saw a 85% annual growth rate in followers.

Monthly communications are dispersed to over 2,700+ constituents through eTapestry database. newsletters and targeted messages are sent out several times per month; including donor/cultivation email campaign materials.
