ECONOFLAME SERIESSince 1985 Stokvis have been offering a range of fully modulating, high effi ciency gas fi red boilers. Researched and developed over the years, evolving through and culminating in the most comprehensive ‘state of the art’ premix, ultra low NOx and condensing range of products :- all exceeding part L Building Regulations; the full range of premix models are ECA listed, as is the R18 atmospheric range.
R2000 & R18 Series Features And Benefi ts•Modulated gas valve and secondary air damper operated by servomotor. • Matching of part load conditions from 100%down to 20%. More effi cient at part loads than conventional boilers, obviating need for many modules. • Gas and secondary air ratios controlled from one source. No possibility of error in control. • Servomotor signals indicate load conditions. Allows boilers to be sequenced for optimum effi ciency. • Damper insulated, preventing downward heat radiation. Obviating requirement for heat absorbent base and helps maintain high effi ciency.
•Atmospheric stainless steel, gas burner. • Quiet in operation. Can be installed in areas where noise restrictions are paramount. • Complete burner including all gas and air controls can be removed on wheels. Easy to maintain, labour costs kept to a minimum. • Primary air controlled by inducement from modulated gas. No need for sophisticated controls and complicated maintenance. • Even secondary air distribution across burner. Ensuring even fl ame and high effi ciency.
•Nine/eighteen tube extruded fi n, copper heat exchanger with stainless steel baffl es. • High conductivity of copper. Meaning minimum size of heat exchanger, maximum output. • Copper resistant to thermal shock. Giving longer lifetime expectancy of heat exchanger (5 year guarantee) • Baffl es give maximum turbulence of fl ue gases. Maximum heat extraction from fl ue gases giving high effi ciency. • Substantially lighter than Cast Iron / Welded Steel boilers. Structural limitations are overcome when boilers are located in roof top plantrooms.
ECONOFLAME BOILERS
The R2200 is a fan assisted model with a two stage burner and is similar in design to the R2000 series.
• Smaller fl ue diameter than the atmospheric boilers. Ideally suited for replacement of cast iron/steel shell pressure jet boilers.

ECONOFLAME SERIESSince 1985 Stokvis have been offering a range of fully modulating, high effi ciency gas fi red boilers. Researched and developed over the years, evolving through and culminating in the most comprehensive ‘state of the art’ premix, ultra low NOx and condensing range of products :- all exceeding part L Building Regulations; the full range of premix models are ECA listed, as is the R18 atmospheric range.
R2000 & R18 Series Features And Benefi ts•Modulated gas valve and secondary air damper operated by servomotor. • Matching of part load conditions from 100%down to 20%. More effi cient at part loads than conventional boilers, obviating need for many modules. • Gas and secondary air ratios controlled from one source. No possibility of error in control. • Servomotor signals indicate load conditions. Allows boilers to be sequenced for optimum effi ciency. • Damper insulated, preventing downward heat radiation. Obviating requirement for heat absorbent base and helps maintain high effi ciency.
•Atmospheric stainless steel, gas burner. • Quiet in operation. Can be installed in areas where noise restrictions are paramount. • Complete burner including all gas and air controls can be removed on wheels. Easy to maintain, labour costs kept to a minimum. • Primary air controlled by inducement from modulated gas. No need for sophisticated controls and complicated maintenance. • Even secondary air distribution across burner. Ensuring even fl ame and high effi ciency.
•Nine/eighteen tube extruded fi n, copper heat exchanger with stainless steel baffl es. • High conductivity of copper. Meaning minimum size of heat exchanger, maximum output. • Copper resistant to thermal shock. Giving longer lifetime expectancy of heat exchanger (5 year guarantee) • Baffl es give maximum turbulence of fl ue gases. Maximum heat extraction from fl ue gases giving high effi ciency. • Substantially lighter than Cast Iron / Welded Steel boilers. Structural limitations are overcome when boilers are located in roof top plantrooms.
ECONOFLAME BOILERS
The R2200 is a fan assisted model with a two stage burner and is similar in design to the R2000 series.
• Smaller fl ue diameter than the atmospheric boilers. Ideally suited for replacement of cast iron/steel shell pressure jet boilers.
