Service Level Agreement and training course fees
The changing role of the DBE and the changing needs of schools and academies have meant that we have had to review the Service Level Agreement (previously called REACH) and one of the things that has changed is how we charge for training events. We have 3 levels of support, aiming to keep costs as low as possible, as we are aware of the need to balance budgets in touch economic times. Bronze: all our schools receive some core services free of charge Silver: additional support Gold: enhanced level support With respect to training the services offered are as follows: The capacity of our team has increased and we have also found some additional partners to enhance our offer. Please note the final deadline for membership is Friday 18th October 2013 (October half term) after which we will charge schools the full cost for training courses.
