Stefano Mallia didn’t make it for this meeting
The Outcome
Cyrus Engerer (LP)
States that the right-wing will reverse all the EU’s successes and believes that the EU will
become more democratic when the European President is voted by the People as will be
the case soon. Cyrus wants a commission that realizes the people’s needs and wishes and
acts on them. He holds a high opinion of Martin Schultz.
Cyrus claims that the Malta European Parliament Office has invited him to many similar
debates.
Solution on immigration: burden sharing. Blames Dublin II convention that prevents
immigrants from spreading in all corners of Europe
Miriam Dalli (LP)
Insists that attendance rate should go up, that MEPs shall take a more active role. She
believes that euro-skepticism can in a way be good for the EU. She states that the extreme
right can never unite and that it fuels xenophobia and racism. She praises Schultz but
believes that the commission is rather detached and should take a more leading role.

BELOW ARE A FEW EXAMPLES OF BROCHURES
ON DISPLAY
Imperium Europa
Are for Europe but anti-EU. Therefore anti-Schultz and co.
Imperium Europa believe that right-wing parties will indeed bring a much needed change
and that Euro-skepticism is a reality everyone has to accept. It is the end-result the career
politicians brought about.
Imperium Europa want to safeguard the European Identity and does not believe in burden
sharing.
Solution on immigration: pushback and repatriation policies
Kevin Cutajar (PN)
With an ever-present smile, Kevin maintains that Crimea can pose a threat to
Europe. He states that people are “losing interest” in Europe and claims that it
might be due to the fact that people are not well informed. He thinks that
people want a better job out of the EU and wants to see a Europe of values that
knows what is “good and what is not good”, even though this is subjective. He
claims that a third seat for the Nationalist party would ensure a Balance.
Kevin praises Barroso and looks forward to see Juncker having an interesting
candidature. He believes Schultz is interesting too.
Solution on immigration: burden sharing. Blames Dublin II convention that
prevents immigrants from spreading in all corners of Europe
Notice the EU bias
As well as the Malta European Office efforts to
discredit the Right-Wing and Euro-Skeptics
