EDG13 Exploration Licence

Rehabilitation and Relinquishment Report Prior to the release of a security deposit on an Exploration Licence, the leaseholder must provide an assurance that rehabilitation has been completed and complies with licence conditions. In most circumstances an Environmental Officer from the Department will also conduct a site inspection prior to licence cancellation or release of the security bond.

In general, rehabilitation should be consistent with accepted best practice and any guidelines noted on the Department's website. Rehabilitation must also be undertaken to the land holder's satisfaction. Where applicable or required, sealing of boreholes must be consistent with "Guidelines for Borehole Sealing Requirements" (on land and in water bodies — EDG01 and EDG02).

2.6 Rehabilitation Undertaken • At the landholder's request remaining underlying gravels remain — creating a hardstand

in an otherwise marshy field. • Topsoil removed from previously backfilled pits and disposed of at a licenced waste

facility. • Well casing cut >1.5m below ground level. A depth significantly below till level. • Name plate attached to the remaining casing. • Steel cellar and surrounding soils removed — soils disposed of at a licenced waste

facility — no visible areas of pollution remain • Backfilling of cellar and pits. • Subsequent site visit — addition of black soil, grading to encourage drainage into

existing surrounding culverts & seeding. • Fences and gates removed unless asked by landholder that they remain — remaining

gates related to Fullerton Cove Pilot Project • Upon landholder satisfaction a request to the landholder(s) that they provide a signed

landholder approval attaining to the quality of the rehabilitation work undertaken (14/04/2015).

Since last submitting an EDG13 (14/05/2015) expected additional slumping has occurred where recent excavation has taken place (cutting of the casing >1.5m below ground level). Additional fill was added on the 23rd June 2015 and the 121h August 2015.

During the site visit on the 23rd June 2015 (see Figure 15) it was noted that in order to improve drainage additional fill was required in the vicinity of the old pits. This was subsequently completed on the 12th August (see Figure 16) and the entire area reseeded.

During a final site visit on the lgh November 2015 (see Figure 17) no slumping or low spots were identified. Soil samples (see Appendix B - Soil Test Results) taken by Transpacific were taken from the vicinity of the rehabilitated pits and another from the locality of the rehabilitated cellar. A water sample (see Appendix A - Water Test Results) was taken from the nearby drainage channel. Results, returned on the 2nd December 2015, showed no contaminants had been identified. A conversation with the landowner confirmed that he remained satisfied with the rehabilitation.

2.7 Description of any Rehabilitation not fully completed Some areas of the site continue to have sparse vegetative cover but it is predicted that these areas will form thicker cover given the passage of time.

2.8 Rehabilitation Outcomes The casing has been cut below surface, the cellar and surrounding contaminated soils removed and the resultant hole back filled. Expected slumping has been backfilled on at least three occasions. An area of poor drainage was identified and subsequently rectified.

As a result of the additional fill and subsequent grading, the area drains well into the existing surrounding culverts and no longer puddles water. No further slumping is expected to occur in the area of the old muds pits as they were first backfilled during 2011 and so have likely settled. No visible areas of pollution remain.

The addition of black soil has provided the grass seed (kyunki and rye grasses) a substrate from which to develop. The grasses are becoming increasingly well established. Their remains thin cover in some parts — it is expected that these areas will form thicker cover given the passage of time. Cattle roam freely over the rehabilitated area and cause some damage to the young grass.

It is predicted that the site requires no further rehabilitation work. Monitoring of the site will continue and should additional work be required it is expected to be minor but if identified will be rectified quickly. Maximum estimated expenditure of remaining works rehabilitation - $0.

Provided that the licence holder has rehabilitated exploration disturbance on your property to your satisfaction, please sign and return this form to the licence holder. The licence holder will attach it to the Exploration Licence Rehabilitation and Relinquishment Report required by the Department. If rehabilitation is not to your satisfaction, do not sign this form, and discuss outstanding issues with the licence holder. 1. I am the duly appointed Exploration Project Manager for Exploration Licence 458, Fullerton-3 (FT003C).

2. I am authorised to make this Declaration on behalf of the Exploration Licence Holder, Dart Energy (Apollo) Pty Ltd, A.C.N 113 972 473.

3. All operations carried out under the Exploration Licence comply with the conditions of the Title.

4. Those operations also comply with the conditions of all other relevant Government Agency approvals and Licences granted in respect of them.

a) the conditions of the Exploration Licence;

b) any directions from an Inspector of Mines or Environmental Officer;

c) the conditions of any other applicable Government Agency approval or licence.
