MyCommunity
Degas drew and painted the people around him. Sometimes he painted the communities of the racetrack or the ballet. Sometimes he painted solitary individuals.
Who are the people that make up your community? Are they your family, your school friends, or members of your team? Could your favored community be considered small, with only one or two special people? There are times when one’s preferred community consists only of oneself.
Create a double-page spread that visually and verbally describes a community in your life.
