Danielle Neil eDiscovery Manager
Danielle holds a First Class Honours in Forensic Computing (BSc Hons) and has over seven years’ industry experience.
Her career started within Cheshire Constabulary’s Hi-Tech Crime Unit, which allowed her to maximise her digital
forensics skills. As an eDiscovery professional she is more than competent in maximising a range of powerful review
platforms and successfully leads CYFOR’s eDiscovery team, applying her expertise to numerous investigations.
Luke Holden eDiscovery Specialist
As an eDiscovery specialist, Luke is fully experienced in utilising advanced analytical software, such as Relativity and
Nuix. With over five years’ experience and a First Class Honours in Computer Forensics (BSc), he possesses
exceptional digital forensic skills, which complement his eDiscovery background. As such, he is frequently called upon
as an expert witness to present evidence in court, which has included The Royal Court of Justice.
Paula Forrest eDiscovery Specialist
With a comprehensive skillset in advanced eDiscovery software, Paula specialises in social media investigations, with
a degree in BA (Hons) Criminology & Sociology, and a Masters qualification in Forensic Document Analysis. Her role as
an Intelligence Analyst within the Cheshire Constabulary earned her a Chief Constable’s Commendation, and two
Chief Superintendent’s Commendations, for exceptional analytic skills within high profile cases.
Talha Ali eDiscovery Specialist
Bond Solon expert witness trained, Talha has presented evidence in court within many dispute resolution and
litigation matters. Possessing a First Class Honours in Forensic Computing, Talha’s digital forensic knowledge,
combined with his proficient knowledge of eDiscovery disciplines, allow him to approach investigative matters
