Urbanization is one of the key trends of our times – it is

estimated that in China and India, approximately 1 million

p e o p l e e v e r y d a y l e a v e t h e i r f a r m s t o s e e k n e w

opportunities in cities. By 2060, the U.S. population is

expected to increase by 90 mil l ion - with most of the

growth projected to happen in cities. Cities do provide their

residents with opportunities in abundance, but not always
