GOVERNING BODY MEETING AT PATNA ON 30TH MARCH 2016 & ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AT PATNAON 31ST MARCH 2016
We have to advise that the minutes of the Governing Body Meeting and Annual General Meeting of the Federationheld at Patna on 30th and 31st March, 2016 are being prepared and would be circulated soon.
Meanwhile we have to advise that two committees as under were set-up
A. COMMITTEE FOR ADVISING ON COURT CASES
Representatives from the Circle Association of:-
1) Bhopal 2) Delhi 3) Kerala 4) President 5) General Secretary
B. COMMITTEE TO SUGGEST CHANGES IN THE MEMODRANDUM OF ASSOCIATION &RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE FEDERATION.
Representatives from the Circle Association of:-

2) Shri S.C.Rindani, Ahmedabad Circle
3) One representative from Chennai Circle
4) One representative from Bhubaneswar Circle

For both the committees the General Secretary will be convener. Those affiliates who have been named
in the committees are requested to please send the names of their representatives at the earliest.
All Affiliates are requested to please send their views and suggestions about the changes/amendments to
the Memorandum of Association & Rules and Regulations of the Federation as early as possible and within 3months from now. Suggestions on matters regarding Court Cases may also be sent.
