responsible for the registration fee.
When processing & submitting payment• If you need an NMSU W9 form, please download the one attached invoice you
receive via email.
• If you need us to fill out a vendor questionnaire, please email that document to

Student Competitions• FYI…
Exploring Education Career Events (Administration, Teaching, Support Services) will notbe judged separately.
Lesson Planning/Delivery Events (Arts, CTE, Humanities, STEM) will not be judged separately.
• Be sure students are signed-up as members under the Join the Network tab at the National Educators Rising site (www.educatorsrising.org). The top state competitors will be eligible to compete at the national level and must be registered as members at the national site.
• Be sure students check in for their competition(s) during Day 1, February 21 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the hotel lobby.
• Students should report to the appropriate competition room 15 minutes before their scheduled time. If a student is not present when his/her name is called, he/she will be disqualified from the competition.
• It is important that students dress appropriately for their competition(s). They should wear their Sunday best or business casual attire. Girls: Appropriate length skirts or pants with a blouse that covers sufficiently. Boys: Dress pants, dress shirt, or polo. A tie would be appropriate, but not required.
Remind students to HAVE FUN! This is a learning experience! Be prepared and do your best.
Uploading Competition Documents & Videos• Saturday, February 16: Deadline to upload required documents and/or videos. Refer to slides 11-12. • If not previously uploaded, students using media should turn it in on USB drive at check-in table on
Thursday, February 21, so that presentations can be uploaded onto appropriate computers. • Students should keep additional USB drive with them in case there are technical difficulties. • IMPORTANT: Videos may be too large to upload at EdRising NM website which is limited to 97.65
MB. We recommend they are uploaded to YouTube instead. Thank You!

UPLOADING VIDEOS• Go to https://www.youtube.com/ and log in to your Google account. If you do not already have a
Google account, go here to create one.• Once logged-in, click Create a Video or Post in top right-hand corner and select Upload Video.• Use pull-down menu to select Unlisted.• Click on up arrow to select your video file or drag & drop your video file onto up arrow.• Once video is uploaded and has finished processing, copy Video URL provided on right side of screen. • Go to https://educatorsrisingnm.nmsu.edu/edrising-conference-registration-spreadsheet-upload/,
complete the form, and paste the YouTube Video URL into the appropriate box.• If you have technical difficulties, email us at [email protected] and let us know.
