EE Franchise Training April 2015 Objective: To attend a 30 minute slot allocated to us in a EE managers meeting with Ryan Rose and deliver M9 KSP training to Franchise owner and 6 store managers. To introduce an incentive that would run for the following 3 weeks across the 6 stores in the franchise to boost HTC sales in the small stores. To give all the managers the opportunity to get hands on the M9. To gather opinions and feedback from the staff on M9 and HTC in general. Our Approach: The training session was conducted over 20 minute period, with Ryan talking about one KSP then me another until we had covered the sound, imaging, design and customisation. We fielded any questions in the remaining 10 minutes. We utilised the extra 5 M9 devices Ryan was holding from a previous event to allow for a more effective hands-on interactive demonstration. I introduced the competition which involved gaining entries into a draw by selling HTC devices. The top prize was a M8 and the second prize a RE Camera. The Results: Clear, concise and fun training on the M9 delivered to 6 Store Managers and the EE Franchise owner. Overall the session was well received by the staff, with lots of positive feedback from them on the M9, particularly around the Dolby speakers 510 620 M8 M9 M 0 5 10 15 20 15 2 1 14 3 HTC Phones Sold During Competition Managers Quotes: “I thought the team work between you and Ryan was excellent and going back and forth to tell us facts about the new devices kept us engaged. • The competition was a success. All the managers fed back results via a WhatsApp group and I collated the results. Over the 3 weeks 36 HTC sales were made by 17 store staff. 14 of these sales were M9s.
