This company profile provides information on our capability and project references from > 40 years of mechanical and electrical engineering practices in Thailand and overseas. EEC is not only a brand but the long experiences are inherited through our life cycle. Myself and several of my colleagues were part of success of these projects. MEP systems are physiology that maintain healthy building and shape building anatomy. Sustainable design architecture is truly based on green engineering, energy efficiency, outdoor and indoor environmental quality. EEC academy building, our workplace is a 24/7 certified green building gold level.

Our long list of references include Super tall buildings, Observation tower, Mass transit system, Airport, Hangar, Cargo terminal, JCI certified Healthcare and Hospitals, 5-6 stars chain Hotels, Data centers, Laboratories, TV broadcast station and studio, mega Shopping centers, Convention and exhibition center, Sport complex, Education center, mega Government office complex, high-end Residential and large Industrial development. We have experienced in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Dhaka, Iraq, Cambodia, and Myanmar.

Today, MEP covers complex systems which have to be fully integrated. Sometimes, it seems to be impossible by existing constraints and conventional methods. But smart technologies provide opportunities for new approaches with integrated utility infrastructure. Smart city requires digital/IT infrastructure with star network and redundancies. Besides, transport by pipes and cables, capsule and tube will be in use.

EECs are leading sustainable design consultants with several in-house TREES APs and LEED APs. We involves in green certification program, national energy planning and smart citydevelopment; advancing on advanced technology including power generation, combined heat and power, district cooling and heating system, energy storage, smart grid and energy management system. We are also competent on low cooling load HVAC design, humidity control, clean room, advanced plumbing system, safety and security system.

We have been trusted by friends and clients on Thailand most prestigious projects. Among them is the 650 m tall G land office tower, 459 m high river side Bangkok observation tower. A > 700 m and 1600 m tall tower are oncoming which require anti-gravity and transport solutions. I am personally proud for EEC healthcare and hospital impressive project references. Recently, we had MOU with Healthcare expert group, providing advice on JCI certification. The success of infection control ‘By design’ lower cost of treatment and patient suffer.
