I D E N T I F I C A T I O N O FP R E - Q U A L I F I E D C A N D I D A T E SThrough interviews, we sort candidates based on the qualifications, education & training record, experience, accomplishments, work samples, recommendation from colleagues, communication capability, degree of interest to consider the position, and other relevant factors. We can also provide background-checks.
I N I T I A L C A N D I D A T E S C R E E N I N GWe filter the list of pre-selected candidates and provide our client with a ranking and profile description for each candidate.
E E S I D A T A B A S E S E A R C HWe search our large database for candidates that match the qualifications.
H O W W E W O R K
I N T E R V I E W P R O C E S SWe arrange the interview process for the pre-selected candidates with the client. Briefing and debriefing with the client and the candidate is done pre and post interview.
P R E S E N T A T I O N O FF I N A L A S S E S S M E N T & S E L E C T I O NWe present the final document with a full assessment per candidate. With the client’s team, we discuss the individual strengths per candidate. The client decides and selects their preferred candidate.
O F F E R & N E G O T I A T I O NAfter the selection, we assist our client during the offer and negotiation stage. We act as a mediator in this process to ensure that there is the right match between both parties.
S E A R C H C L O S U R EAll applicants are properly advised of the result in a professional manner.
I N T E G R A T I O NWe assist with the on-boarding of the chosen candidate into the workplace. We continue to be in touch with the client and the chosen executive to ensure long term satisfaction for both parties.
