Wet hands with running water.
Apply soap. Thoroughly distribute soap over all hand surfaces.
Vigorously rub hands together for 10-15 seconds.
Rinse soap.
Dry hands with a disposable towel.
Turn water off using a disposable towel (unless foot operated).
