Dear Valued Member:

This year marks two very important milestones for Health Center Credit Union; our 40th anniversary serving the financial needs of Augusta University and the Augusta community, and a much anticipated system upgrade to all our electronic processing systems.

The decision to move to our new system takes into account more than two years of due diligence by your Board of Directors and management team. With this upgrade members will have access to im-proved telephone, online and mobile banking, and online bill pay platforms. In addition, you will enjoy new services such as instant issue EMV debit cards, eBills, Popmoney, Card Valet, and Kasasa Rewards Free Checking.

The entire staff has spent several months in training to insure your transition to the new system goes as smoothly as possible. This member resource guide contains an overview of our system upgrade and what you can expect as a member. It is extremely important that you review this information and be-come informed of any changes to your account access or practices.

Although this is a major transition for HCCU, we are dedicated to continuing to serve your financial needs in the most personalized, secure, and efficient way possible. Please contact us with any questions or concerns, and stay tuned to www.HCCU.coop/Conversion2016.html for the most up-to-date upgrade information.

Thank you for your membership. We appreciate the opportunity to help you afford life and continue to work toward your financial goals. We look forward to continuing to assist you in the future.

Sincerely,

Stacy A. TallentPresident & CEOHealth Center Credit Union

Wednesday, September 28• Last day to enroll in Online Banking until the new system comes up October 3rd.

Thursday, September 29• Last day to order Debit Cards or PIN reminders until the new system comes up October 3rd.

Friday, September 30• Branches close on the current system at 6 p.m. • Audio Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, and Bill Pay unavailable after 5 p.m. • Last day for eAlerts on our existing online banking platform.

• Last statement processed on the current system.

• Debit cards move to offline processing.

Saturday, October 1• Evans Branch is closed due to system upgrade.

Sunday, October 2• Data Validation

Monday, October 3• All branches reopen on the new system at our regu- larly scheduled time. • Audio Banking, Mobile Banking, Online Banking, and Bill Pay come back online under the new system. • Debit cards return to normal processing.

• All Online Banking enrollment will need to be completed by close of business on the 28th. Any enrollments after that time will need to wait and enroll in the new system on or after October 3rd.

• If you know your Debit Card is lost or damaged please notify us immediately so the old card number can be blocked & a new card issued. Delays in ordering will create delays in receiving your card, likewise for PIN reminders.

• You will want to complete all cash withdrawals, online banking transactions, mobile transactions, and account transfers prior to 5 p.m.• Your active Bill Pay Payees and recurring payments will transfer to our new Bill Pay platform. However, you may want to consider printing a copy of your payees for your reference. • You will not be able to set up any Bill Pay transactions over the weekend, so if you need to pay a bill online after 5 p.m. on 9/30 consider using the biller’s direct site, if that option is available. • Although debit card access is available, you may want to consider having extra cash on hand or using your HCCU Visa credit card or another major credit card to pay for larger purchases.• Your past eStatements will not be immediately available. It will take several weeks for them to transfer over to the new platform. You may want to print out recent account history and your last few statements from online banking for your reference, as well as any recurring payments, transfers, and eAlerts you have set up.• While Debit cards are in offline processing, you will be able to make purchases, but those purchases will be accepted or declined according to industry stand-in limits which may be different than your actual balance. To avoid any NSF fees, please make sure to have an ac- curate account balance at 5 p.m., and keep a register of any transactions you make.

• Branches, call centers, and all electronic banking sys- tems will be closed. Please be sure to complete any business that can not be handled after October 3rd before close of business on September 30th.

• Data Validation will be conducted by HCCU staff, you will not have system access at this time.

• If you have Online Banking or Bill Pay, you may want to login to the new system to verify your account balances, active Bill Pay Payees, recurring transactions, and famil- iarize yourself with the new system.
