Bosch SZL series Packaged Water-tube Boilers
Bosch SZL series packaged water-tube boilers utilize natural circulation (steam boiler)/ forced circulation (hot water
boiler) double cylinder vertical structure, composed of a main boiler frame, rear cast-iron fuel economizer, flues, auxiliary
boiler, and pipeline valve instruments. The structure is compact, simple to install, ensuring boiler operation is highly
efficient, clean, economical, safe, and stable, providing energy conserving and environmentally friendly thermal power
equipment for ease of user production.
Boilers are equipped with a complete electrical control and monitoring system, comprehensively monitoring the boiler
water level and steam pressure. In particular, the water level control uses self-monitoring fluid control technology, ensuring
boiler operation is safer and more reliable. Boilers utilize automatic and interlocked control technology, making boiler
operation simpler and more convenient.

Utilizes variable frequency conversion technology, lowers energy consumption and mechanical loss
Frequency converter control technology, as the standard control device on Bosch boilers, is used on all SZL series coal fired chain grate boiler control systems
Applying all new frequency conversion energy conservation control to auxiliary boiler not only saves huge amount of electrical expenses and lowers transformer loss, it can also enable auxiliary boiler soft start and soft stop, extending the mechanical lifespan of the auxiliary boiler
Importing Bosch advanced industrial boiler independent safety control system,
Utilizes independent interlock protection system design. Even in cases of unattended operation or PLC malfunction, the independent safety protection system would still ensure boiler high safety and high reliability.
Uses German TÜV, CE certified advanced boiler water level safety regulator with self-monitoring capability certified protection level IP65 steam pressure controller and independent hot water boiler outlet temperature protection control.
SZL furnace pressure safety control circuit design asapproved by German TÜV organization.
Each unit of SZL boiler controls is equipped with manual/semi-automatic operational function buttons, using manual operation during the boiler cold start stage. Once furnace temperature rises to the designated temperature range, boiler combustion is normal (flue gas oxygen content is normal) and boiler operators can put the boiler control into semi-automatic mode, so steam water level, induced air flow, and coal fee ratios are automatically controlled, with other auxiliary boilers operating at set values.
Three sources (impulse) of automatic continuous water supply, automatic control of boiler furnace pressure ,boiler load worry-free cut-over controls with semi-automatic and manual modes, ensure the long-term stable output of high quality steam from the boiler.

Boiler safety controls that meet EU coal fired boiler standards
Designed with 3-level control and constraint furnace pressure safety circuitry, utilizing steam pressure controller periodic self-diagnosis technology, to ensure the operational valve of furnace pressure is always in a safe and reliable zone
Simultaneous use of PLC software programmatic control and Bosch developed proprietary hardware interlock circuit controls, ensuring the sequentially correct and safe operation of various auxiliary boilers, completely eliminating human error in operations and ensuring the safety of boiler personnel and boiler equipment
Each unit of Bosch SZL series coal fired boiler is equipped with flue gas oxygen content monitoring and display, as well as controls to protect equipment, displaying boiler air coal ratio and actual combustion state digitally, making boiler operation safer and coal consumption lower
Utilizes HMI touch screens as the unit of display and a
human-machine operating interface for Bosch coal fired
boilers. All the operational data for each coal fired boiler
unit is displayed and recorded on the touch screens,
eliminating all the traditional digital or liquid crystal
displays for individual instruments.
Touch screens can display boiler water level, pressure,
temperature, combustion intensity, fan, and water
pump operating status dynamically, so the boiler
operating status can be taken in at a glance. Menu
display is entirely in English, making boiler control
simple, systematic, and intelligent.
Each operating parameter can be set freely as needed
on the touch screen. Multi-window display and online
help functionality in the operating process reminds
operators of how to execute the next step.
