Self Clean.

This function allows the oven to clean itself. All the food residue and

grease will be converted into ashes, which can then be easily wiped

away with a damp cloth. * 30” oven model only.

European Convection System.

The genuine European convection system features a third heating

element that surrounds the two-speed fan circulating pre-heated air

around the oven for more even distribution of heat, and faster cooking.

Spacious interior.

The interior of the 30” oven is spacious enough for you to roast up to a

32 lb. turkey, or chocolate cookies for a whole party.

The 24” ovens can accommodate a turkey up to 20 lbs.

Preheat Booster. Reaches 400ºF in less than 5 minutes !!

For dishes requiring a pre-heated oven, the Preheat Booster ensures

Convection defrosting.The defrosting function can be used to thaw any type of frozen food: meat, fish, or vegetables, in minimal time. It speeds up normal defrosting times.

Bake.This program is recommended for baking bread, cakes and stuffed pastries. It is also recommended for roasting lean meats.

Traditional vented cooking (convection roast).This program allows you to cook any type of dish: meat, fish or desserts. You can even cook more than one dish at the same time without mixing flavors.

Dehydrate.Ideal program for steam cooking puddings, fish, mousse or vegetables.

Dehydrate convection.The fan evenly distributes the heat that was generated at the base of the oven. This function is specially for paella cooking.

Convection Pizza (two low heating elements).The intense heat that comes from the bottom, and the fan that distributes it evenly, give you a crusty pizza base. Not necessary to heat the oven prior to using this setting.

Mini-broil.Recommended for broiling meats, chops, lamb, steaks, hamburgers, browning toast and in general, small-sized foods since only the central part of the broiler is used.

Maxi-broil.This program is recommended for cooking the same foods as with the Mini-broil, but covering the entire tray surface. Recommended for all types of broiling: pasta, soufflé, and béchamel sauce.

Convection Maxi-broil.Special program for cooking large roasts and also ideal for cooking and broiling at the same time: red meats, pot roast, poultry, etc.

Turbo Plus.The oven is heated up by the central round heating element. The fan distributes the heat evenly within the oven.

Multiple Programs. Ergonomics.Total access tray: Improved ease of use and safety.Total access trays facilitate the handling of cooked food because

they come out completely, creating a safe and convenient area.

Quality cleaning.For this purpose, the redesigned interior of the 24” model incorporates a special enamel, a foldable top grill and a newly designed easy clean glass inner door, with an additional layer of glass to cover the entire inner surface of the door.

Fagor’s Torre Stainless Steel model is designed with an anti-

LED lighting technology.

Better lighting and lower consumption.

Fagor has incorporated LED technology into many of its refrigerators,

providing high-intensity, clean and cold instant lighting, without

flashing or flickering. LED lighting highlights the appearance of

products in the fridge and produces no heat, therefore the food is

illuminated and not warmed, this helps fridge efficiency.

In addition, LED lights are extremely efficient with a significant

savings of energy in comparisons to standard incandescent light

bulbs. They consume 3X less energy and offer more than 50,000

additional hours in your unit.

LCD Touch Controls.

LCD touch controls allow for full temperature control, alert warning

sounds and preset functions which help to maintain a perfect cooling

Super Cooling Function

This system allows you too add large amount of food into the

Accomplished with a supply of extra cold air this function operates

Door auto-closing system. Our bottom mount fridges

close by themselves.

If any of the doors is left open, up to a maximum of 4 inches

(10 cm), Fagor's exclusive auto/closing system will automatically

shut it, ensuring the maintenance of the refrigeration and quality

of food as well as saving energy.

Class “T”. Designed for warm climates.

When the outside temperature goes up to 110 F,

Fagor’s refrigerators will maintain their temperature at a

constant level.

Multi-fresh for preserving meats and fish.

Thanks to the design of this semi-hermetic drawer with

direct air injection, and its location in the coldest part of the

fridge, the multi-fresh drawer meets the ideal temperature

requirements for conserving meats and fish up to twice as long

as other fridges.

Antibacterial cavity.

With the aim of maintaining a healthier environment for the

conservation of food, our refrigerator cavity is coated with a

silver ion compound which impedes the growth of bacteria and

which sticks to the cube helping to maintain a clean healthy

environment. This coating does not need any type of special

care and stays active for the whole useful life of the fridge.

Thanks to the dynamic cooling system of our bottom mount

fridges, food is kept cool without using cold dry air, managing to

maintain the degree of humidity necessary to keep your food fresh

longer in the best conditions.

Fagor’s Energy Star qualified refrigerators provide

the perfect solution for modern living with efficiency

and stunning design. Products that have earned

the ENERGY STAR have the highest rating a

product can earn for energy efficiency. When we

use less energy we reduce pollution and see a smaller energy bill.

To receive the ENERGY STAR, a product has to exceed the federal

government’s minimum standards for energy consumption and

efficiency standards by considerable amounts.

Eco function. Ecological and Economic.

Once the food placed in the freezer is completely frozen,

if the ECO function is activated, the freezer compartment

will automatically adjust the freezer temperature so that

Holiday function. In charge when no one is home.

Anti-crease reversing system This system creates an intermittent rotation of the stainless steel

drum in both directions, helping to prevent wrinkles from forming

and separates the garments during the drying cycle. When the

drying cycle ends, cold air is applied to leave the garment ready

to hang.
